Great apartment that is next to the ferry terminal and walking access to everything.

Pro: So close to the ferry terminal which made check in east after a delay.

Lovely, spacious apartment

Pro: Spacious, modern apartment. Having two bathrooms was a bonus! Shame that the scaffolding was still up for the external renovations, meaning that there was no view at all from the apartment, but the location was great. A short walk to supermarket, gelateria, and pizza shop. Also able to catch the vaporetto (water bus) right on the doorstep. There was very little noise from the renovations, and the apartment was quiet. Enjoyed our time there. Eleonora met us on arrival and showed us around. She was friendly and helpful.

Large apartment with a great location

Pro: The Apartment was beautiful and very spacious, located perfectly in the center overlooking the canal . The staff was wonderful and warned us about the scaffolding in advance to make sure we were aware and comfortable. Despite the scaffolding there was a lot of light and air throughout the apartment and over the weekend there was no noise.

Contro: The apartment is a second floor walk up with many stairs and no elevator , which we found challenging with a baby stroller

Contro: The bathrooms are a bit tired, the shower door has broken and been replaced with a shower curtain which feels rather old fashioned. The shower head was more like a tap than a shower. A new shower would be a good addition. During our stay the building was surrounded by scaffolding which we had been warned about. It was just a shame not to have the view. We did get woken at 8am on the Saturday by scaffolding being built up in the inner courtyard.

Incredible and unforgettable

Pro: Amazing communication and in person welcome along with all of the irecommendations for restaurants and stores!

Contro: We didn’t like cold rooms the first night but that was fixed the morning after.

Brilliant location!

Pro: Have to say when we were finally met by our host - he was great. Welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. The location is beyond amazing...! The views and access to the canals was great and the proximity to landmarks and necessities was unrivalled.

Contro: The arrival and management of the host meeting us was challenging and a real issue in the rain. We waited a significant amount of time being drenched whilst trying to contact the hosts and then for their arrival to enable entry. The host advised they had been attempting to contact us via What's App. We do not have this application, nor was it requested or noted that this form of communication would be the primary. We had to use one of the children's access to enable communication. very frustrating.

Fantastic location and comfortable stay for large groups.

Pro: Fantastic location! Right over a ferry/vaporetto stop so catching transport to the address was a breeze. Bedrooms were in the back so were not affected by the noisy busy canal.

Contro: The showers were so hard to regulate temperature. I challenge the owner to take a 5minute shower and see how bad it is. Hot - cold - scalding - freezing. Every 20 seconds! If you had children I would be using the bath to avoid scalding. It really is unpredictable.
