Pro: Ottima location a 100 mt. da Piazza S.Marco, ben riscaldata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Intorno vi sono innumerevoli servizi per tutti. La discrezione e la disponibilità di Claudia e Cristiano hanno fatto la differenza. Grazie

We loved our trip to beautiful Venice.

Pro: Beautifully decorated and clean apartment. You cannot ask for a better location. Restaurants and shops everywhere with a short walk to Rialto Bridge where all the action was. Bring your own toiletries and you will have an amazing time.

Contro: Limited cupboard space for hanging clothes.

Pro: Perfect stay! The apartment is very clean,comfortable and in a great location. I would choose it again. The host is very kind and he offered as some drinks and food for the welcoming.

Perfect stay in Venice within walking distance of everywhere you would want to go.

Pro: The location of this apartment is fantastic, two minutes outside of St Marks Square. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within minutes of the property. The property is perfect, traditionally decorated (beautiful) and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning in the living room but fans would be useful in the bedrooms. There is some noise but nothing that will keep you awake and its Venice after all - you want to be in the middle of everything and this apartment most certainly is. I hope to stay again. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the whole holiday was fabulous. Thank you

Pro: The property absolutely perceptional, exactly what I was hoping & looking for, It was right in centre of all the attractions, and activities, your hearts desires. And very clean . The owner of the property was extremely friendly, helpful they welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, cold water bottle’s of water and small bag of snack of and everything else there in property, apart from your own food but nevertheless they went above and beyond. *A* STAR 🤩 🌟to the lovely couple I loved it so much if I was to go back again to Venice again, I definitely stay there again .

Contro: I couldn’t find any English channels on the TV 📺 or the music channels as I love music, The master bedroom 🚪 bathroom door wouldn’t shut or lock. And the master bedroom tv 📺 wouldn’t switch on , Apart from that it was all okay .

Pro: Very good location, and very clean appartment! nice landlord and very nice communication

Contro: a littile bit noisy in master bed room, and we cannot find the bedding for the third person

Great location to enjoy Venice.

Pro: Excellent location, a couple of mins from San Marco square. Spacious property, clean and well furnished. Useful kitchen and bathrooms. Fast internet.

Contro: The living room TV could be larger and more modern. Note that the restaurant across the street can be noisy at closing time.

Pro: Nice and cozy apartment close to most iconic places from Venice.

Contro: Street can be a little noisy but … it’s Italy right?!

Pro: Great location a short walk from St Mark's Square. The furnishings were lovely and air-conditioning a bonus.

Contro: Being so close to the main square meant it was a little noisy at night but I would stay there again as it was so safe and convenient.
