Pro: Central location, good size of rooms and bathrooms, there was all we needed

Contro: Mosquitos in the bathroom, toilet seat broken, blocked drainage in the bathroom sink, oven very slow and took time to heat up,

Great stay in a wonderful location

Pro: Fabulous location - very close to Piazza San Marco and vaporetto stops but quiet and private. Great communication from the host, who responded to our messages within minutes and gave us some useful advice. Our check-in was done by Benedetta who helped us a lot with directions. The apartment was very well maintained and had anything we could have possibly needed for our stay. There is a lovely neighbourhood pasticceria and a friendly bacaro just around the corner - very convenient for breakfast and late night drinks. All in all, this was a great base for exploring Venice. We would happily stay again.

Pro: Nikola is the best host in Venice. He helped us a lot. The location of the house is perfect. The apartment is right in the heart of the city. I will definitely be here when I come again
