Pro: Appartamento comodo e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Zona tranquilla.

Pro: Ottima posizione e vista sul canale come da foto. Ci è stato anche offerto un late check out gratuito che, essendo Capodanno, abbiamo particolarmente gradito.

Contro: Migliorerei dimensione tv in camera per godersi il film della buonanotte in famiglia :)

Lovely property in an amazing location!

Pro: The location was incredible. In a lovely area (Castello) away from the crowds, with osterias and bars popular with locals. Really quiet location and was amazing to be staying in an area alongside Venetian residents. We will definitely come back! Thank you to our hosts Franscesca and Cris, who were really helpful throughout our stay.

Contro: Nothing. Everything was positive.

Pro: It’s in a more local area of Venice, wich we loved, it’s not crowded and loud like the rest of the city but it’s still really close to every spot in Venice, everything inside apartment was clean and looking amazing, would recommend 100%!

Pro: This well equipped apartment is in a lovely quiet laid back area ( Castello) near the Arsenale and the greenest part of Venice and yet 15 minutes walk to San Marco. Chris and Francesca are helpful,professional and very easy to deal with

Very enjoyable stay

Pro: The location is absolutely perfect — in walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and the main attractions of the city but so quiet, calm and safe. The appartment was clean, beautifully deorated (I loved the chandeliers) and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Christian and Francesca were great hosts — warm, helpful, and always available to offer assistance or recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We truly felt taken care of, and we would absolutely recommend this place.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat, we loved our stay.

Pro: The host was exceptional; very helpful and amazing communication before and during our stay. Location was great and walking distance to all major sites. Property featured lovely canal views and some stunning Murano glass pieces. Host organised free glass blowing demonstration at Murano Island and a tour of the gallery. Property was very clean.

Excellent location for a relaxed stay, close to everything but als nice and quiet in an authentic part of Venice.

Pro: Nice peaceful location in a residential area let us explore the lesser known side of Venice and find hidden local eateries and back alleys. While quiet it was also close to major attractions just a leisurely walk away and also only 5 min to the water ferry. Our hosts were exceptional and great communicators, also giving us detailed instructions and suggesting many local restaurants, where the nearest supermarket was, and even the local pizza take away. The apartment was spacious for our group of 3, well maintained, modern and clean.

Pro: Very nice and comfortable apartment. There is everything you need. The owners are friendly and helpful. We received all the information on how to get there easily and fast. Francesca and Cristian are great, they recommend restaurant where we had one of the best see food pasta ever!
