Una CASA vera nella città lagunare

Pro: La posizione è strategica per la Biennale ma è anche molto vicina a Piazza San Marco. La camera da letto è enorme, il letto è comodissimo, in cucina erano a disposizione the, caffè, bollitore e tutto ciò che è necessario per essere autonomi in città. L'appartamento è anche dotato di lavatrice se dovesse servire. Molto silenzioso, accogliente, temperatura interna perfetta. Fabrizio è sempre stato estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Personalmente ho apprezzato la contemporaneità degli arredamenti che non necessariamente scimmiottano le architetture settecentesche che si trovano nella stragrande maggioranza degli altri alloggi. Essendo arrivate in serata, quindi al di fuori dell'orario indicato per il check-in, ci sono state fornite le password per accedere da sole all'alloggio. Consiglio all'ospite di indicare questa possibilità nella prenotazione

Contro: In realtà TUTTO OK, l'appartamento aveva bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione ordinaria ma per onestà di cronaca Fabrizio ci aveva avvertito e siamo incappate in un momento sbagliato perché gli operai sarebbero intervenuti il giorno dopo la nostra partenza. Unica pecca - ma è più un consiglio che una pecca - la maggior parte delle informazioni che ci sono state inviate erano in inglese (l'ospite si è reso disponibile a tradurlo in italiano se fosse stato necessario) forse perché l'alloggio è più spesso occupato da stranieri:

Pro: A true gem, in a perfectly central & quiet neighborhood. Spacey and equipped with all that may be needed for a stay in Venice. Totally recommended!

Charming and Convenient Stay in Venice

Pro: We loved our stay in this cute and clean apartment. It had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the vaporetto, making it super convenient for exploring the city and surrounding islands. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful. A lovely base for our time in Venice!

Contro: The air con struggled and only three hours per day which we didn’t know before booking.

Pro: Great and spacious flat in a great location. Fabrizio was very helpful and provided some fantastic local recommendations. Perfect stay!

I would definitely stay again.

Pro: Fabrizio's house is a really great place to stay. After making a reservation through Booking, the necessary information came immediately. Also, his WhatsApp number was written there so I could easily get in touch. We liked it so much that we extended it for an extra night. And I would like to thank the host for this, he was very helpful. The house was very comfortable. Everything had been thought of for us. In the kitchen there was dishwasher detergent, tea, coffee, everything you can think of, while in the bedroom there was an iron, spare linens, everything. Having a washing machine is a great convenience. 5 minutes walking to San Marco Square. Great location for a quiet and romantic rest in the evening, away from the city noise.

Contro: In my opinion, the room that is the bedroom should have been the living room. There is no window in the living room, which is where we spend most of our time during the day. The bedroom is quite large and spacious. Also, the location of the air conditioner is very wrong, the air conditioner is only in the bedroom, if I want to turn it on, I get cold at night, but if I turn it off, it gets hot for my daughter sleeping in the other room.

This is the best apartment for a short family vacation!

Pro: This is the best apartment for a short family vacation! It is located in a nice quiet area close to the main attractions. The apartment has everything you need. Also there are many restaurants and shops not far away. The host recommended good places to eat. Surely the apartment is worth its price!

Perfect stay in Venice

Pro: Everything was perfect. The host was super friendly and provided us with great tips for Venice and guided us throughout our stay. He answered all our querries via Whatsapp which was very convenient for us. Check-in and check-out was super easy because we didn't have to collect keys coz the apartment came with a security lock with a keypad. The host allowed us to check-in early and check-out flexibily as well. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. The Air Conditioning was very good and the kitchen had all the items to prepare a good meal. The location was away from the crowd and it is in a calm area. Can be reached very easily via the water busses.
