Pro: Una persona mi ha incontrato all’alloggio con le chiavi.

Contro: Era un posto lontano dal turismo ma abbastanza vicino ai mercati per fare la spesa.

Great location close to Arsenale, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Pro: Lovely peaceful location, yet close to the heart of Venice. Spacious and comfortable. Helpful information from host.

Contro: Problem with the air conditioning leaking water limited our ability to use it

Pro: Everything was great, the house is just a fairy tale equipped with all the stuff you need there. Alfio is very friendly. I ask for an early checkin after our night flight, he agreed at once. Ws enjoyed staying there. The location is awesome. I can definitely recommend it.

Contro: The only problem there is cleaning. Unsatisfactory! There was a big stain on the sheet. I couldn't see it, it was white on white, like someone had wiped their hand in cheese.but It was crusty and smelly. Besides,the floor under the bed was never washed or cleaned. I dropped my medicine there and grabbed a handful of dust. The dust layer is about 2cm high. An even layer of dust,like a field under snow. Very romantical. But we all pay for a final cleaning, so that's not what we expect to get.

A very well equipped place to stay in a pleasant and quiet part of Venice.

Pro: Great apartment for long stays (we stayed for two weeks), with a well equipped kitchen and everything you need to be comfortable.

Pro: the apartment is located in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. the loudest thing we heard wete the cries of the seagulls. nevertheless' many attractions and a lot of bus stops are between 5 and 20 minutes Walk away. the Appartement is cozy and seems to be Decorated to the owners' taste, which was also to our liking. the view through the windows to the canal is really lovely. the appartment has insect protection at the windows and the kitchen has enough plates, etc. the beds were comfy and with thick cozy blankets. communication with the owner was good, and in the appartment awaits a ledger with all the informations you might need during your stay would Always book again without a second thought.

Contro: the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, there were some dusty areas., but it was no dirt on the \

Glorious stay in La Serenissima

Pro: Fantastic location. Close to everything but lovely and peaceful. Cosy and comfortable with everything we needed in the apartment. Fabulous, charming old building. Felt like I was getting a flavour of what it's like to live in Venice.

Contro: Only a microwave oven

Pro: Fabulous location on the canal and had everything you could need. Coffee shop within a couple of minutes walking distance.

Venise est un enchantement et ce logement était tout à fait adapté à notre séjour.

Pro: L'emplacement central mais calme, vue sur le petit canal, facilité de contact avec le propriétaire, réactivité.

Contro: Tout était bien

Authentisches Apartment mit Flair.

Pro: Das Apartment von Alfio hat eine sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Direkt am Kanal, ebenerdig mit einem kleinen Innenhof. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Das Bett empfanden wir als sehr bequem.

Contro: Unabdinglich sind Hausschuhe. Der Boden ist extrem kalt.
