Ada's House

Pro: La struttura è molto funzionale si tratta di un trilocale con cucinino e doppi servizi (anche se uno piccolissimo). Gli ambienti molto larghi, c'è tutto stoviglie forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie lavatrice asse da stiro ferro da stiro ecc. Ho soggiornato con i miei figli i quali avevano la loro stanza da letto. Cucina nuova ambiente accogliente.

Contro: Bagno grande senza finestre e qualche mobile un po' datato. Tutto sommato, niente di particolarmente importante. Un consiglio, una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo è sempre bene fornirla.

Appartamentino molto accogliente e posizione ottima!

Pro: Zona molto silenziosa e posizione comodissima per stazione (10 minuti a piedi) e università (campus economia san giobbe a 5 minuti). Fermata del vaporetto a pochi passi dall' appartamento. Appartamento molto carino e pulito, presenti tutti i comfort. La proprietaria Antonella è stata super gentile e disponibile.

We liked our stay. Closer enough to explore Venice but quite enough to not feel overwhelmed by the business

Pro: It was clean. Close to the water and adequate for four. It was nice and comfortable for four. The owner/ manager was very quick to reply to any query which was excellent.

Contro: It was very expensive for the third couple to sleep on the very uncomfortable coach. Simple things like needed extra tea towels only had one. Only one dishwashing tablet for four days. Coffee machine but not a coffee pod. The simple details.

Great location, appartment and host

Pro: Location was perfect, close to water bus stop & easy to walk into the Center. Great appartment for 2 couples. Very homely. Restaurants all close, plenty of choice. Close to water edge for a walk & benches to relax. Host was excellent, great communication & assistance.

Contro: Shower curtain & door could do with updating but was not a major problem.

Overall we enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment and would come again.

Pro: Great location in a quiet part of Venice. Loved to walk round the corner to benches overlooking the lagoon. Lovely ground floor apartment. Close to lovely canal side restaurants and the Vaporetto stop.

Contro: Just a few niggles- the main shower was tricky to use and the curtain needs replacing. The wet room in the en-suite leaked water under the door so had to pad it with towels.

We enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Nice house with all amenities,kitchen with all cooking equipment, two bedrooms , only one bathroom have AC , second AC in living room . House is located at seaside, 15-20 minutes walk away from railway station. Boat station is on just 2 minutes walk .

Contro: Only one bedroom with AC,2nd AC in living room, maybe not comfortable in hot weather.

Pro: The location was great away from the tourist hot spots and very close to the lagoon,canals,bars and restaurants. Also a waterbus stop is very near so great for seeing all of Venice and beyond. The apartment was comfortable, a good place to relax after a day sightseeing.

Contro: The shower door could be repaired as it is broken with a curtain. The bedside lamps didn't work.

Great value for money!

Pro: Short walk to the centre around 15min Close to a water tram Very quiet neighbourhood which I loved! Property well equipped! Clean, specious and modern look. Absolutely love it

Great venue with everything yo need just need to fix up the shower situation especially when there are four people stayi

Pro: Great location in a quiet area of Venice close to cafes and restaurants and vaporetti stops

Contro: The shower does not work very well and desperately needs at least a new shower curtain or at best a new shower stall.

Pro: The flat has been done to a lovely standand and Antonella the host was really lovely. It had everything anyone could need for a comfy self catering stay with some bars and restaurants nearby. The location was an easy walk from the train station with the use of Google Maps and only a minute from a water bus stop.

Contro: The hot water is a little temperamental. It was ok once Antonella showed us how to reset the boiler, but one of us did have a cold shower one the evening,
