Comfort, comodità e fascino d’altri tempi

Pro: Appartamento confortevole, a poca distanza dai principali punti di interesse, ma fuori dal caos. Cannaregio è un sestiere molto affascinante. Vicino all’appartamento c’è un negozio di alimentari una farmacia e alcuni bar. Tutto a pochi passi. Per quanto riguarda la sistemazione i letti sono comodi la notte è silenzioso.

Pro: La struttura è incantevole, e la signora Nausica è davvero super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottimale, a pochi passi da tutti i luoghi d’ interesse…in conclusione e’ stato un soggiorno davvero perfetto. Siamo certi che per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Venezia, l’Allegretto sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Very beautiful apartment, in the centre of everything.

Pro: The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. The host was very helpful and nice. It is situated in the centre of Venice, everything is close by- 5 min to Rialto bridge, 5 min to San Polo square…

Contro: It is in the centre of Venice- so it is quite noisy. There is a bar right below the windows, that starts to put chairs outside at 7am…very noisily I might add. Than you can hear people talking. It closes at 11pm, but there are other bars close by that are open longer. The noise from those is not that loud though. Guess you can expect that in the centre of tourist city such as Venice, but I wouldn’t recommend it for people who get easily disturbed.

Pro: Perfect location to bars, cafes & restaurants. Great apartment with charm and character. Hosts were super friendly.

Brilliant apartment for couples and small groups, well placed to experience Venice life

Pro: This is a wonderful apartment for a small family or small group of friends. It is very clean and everything is looked after very well. We did not need to contact our host Nausica at all once she had checked us in. The kitchen is up to date and easy to use, with a dishwasher, very helpful. We stayed early September and the apartment was cool enough with a little help from air con at times. The beds are super comfy. Well located to get around Venice, lots of good restaurants, get some recommendations from friends if you can.

Contro: Well if I was being picky, another arm chair in the lounge would be helpful, although space may not allow. Only other thing if you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear the bar below setting up for the day at 7.00, didn’t bother us particularly I found it part of the experience of Venice life, and I was able to snooze on.

Quiet location but easy to access main sights.

Pro: Good location away from hustle and bustle. Easy to get to from airport.

Contro: Nothing to say. It was all fine.

Pro: Great location, very nicely furnished and immaculately clean.

Contro: The bar downstairs was often noisy late at night and early in the morning.

A lovely stay in a cool and well-located apartment with all the mod-cons you could wish for.

Pro: The apartments were perfect. They're well located, away from the mayhem but just a short walking distance to St Mark's Square and a vaporetto stop. There's a well-stocked convenience store nearby. Most importantly of all, the air-conditioning is effective. Nausica was on hand to help with all our needs and she made sure that our arrival went as smoothly as possible.

Pro: Friendly host, easy check-in and a charming appartment in a good location. We really enjoyed our stay

Lovely apartment in great location

Pro: Gorgeous apartment with lots of room. Great value for money and short walk to key sights. Would definitely stay there again in Venice.
