Assolutamente consigliato

Pro: L'accoglienza della proprietaria. La cura dei dettagli (shampoo e balsamo nella doccia, phon con diffusore, cucina attrezzata di tutto punto con pentole in perfette condizioni, paste di benvenuto...). Terrazzo spettacolare con gazebo per mangiare e rilassarsi.

Soggiorno ottimo

Pro: Gentilezza massima di Natalia, l’accoglienza familiare, disponibilità totale. Appartamento dove non mancava nulla, come se fossi in casa propria. Posizione ottimale per visitare Venezia pur alloggiando fuori. Fermata mezzi pubblici a pochi passi e con frequenza continua.

Pro: Well equipped, comfortable accommodation. Great location, close to bus to Venice. Parking, lovely accommodating host. Beautiful outdoor area.

A Home Filled with Warmth, Beauty, and True Hospitality

Pro: This apartment and the beautiful house it is part of are truly the best thing that can happen to a traveler. We are absolutely delighted. It is not just a place with all modern comforts, parking, plenty of space, and warmth — it is a genuinely cozy home where every corner reflects comfort, true hospitality, and the refined taste of the hosts. The New Year decorations in the courtyard, the gazebo, and the charming French balcony made us feel so happy and relaxed that we honestly did not want to leave — and we very much hope to return. Excellent transport connections to Venice: the bus stop is nearby, and the ticket is combined with the vaporetto pass. The train station is also within easy reach. We can only imagine how much effort it takes to create and maintain such a wonderful place. Our deepest respect and gratitude to Natalia and Veronica.

Pro: The facilities are great with 3 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. And the owners are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to make guests happy and comfortable.

Lovely host and wonder of a great cosy home with the convenience of amenities and bus very nearby.

Pro: Our host was most generous, and met us on arrival to help us park at the house, show us around and explain about the home and facilities. It was a really lovely warm welcome and we were appreciative. The bus was about a 3 minute walk away which went directly to Venice, and there is 2 supermarkets at the end of the street for everything you could need. Market on Tuesday morning was great, so we could stock up on fresh produce.

Contro: We went for a long run but it was mostly an industrial area surrounding.

Home away from home

Pro: A perfect stay! The property is in a lovely, very quiet area and it’s super easy to reach Venice by bus or train. Everything was spotless. Natalia is an amazing host: warm welcome, great local tips, and the complimentary pastries were simply delicious. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, good AC, TVs, and an absolutely beautiful backyard for relaxing. It was our pleasure to stay here, and we will surely be back!

Lovely Stay in Marghera

Pro: The best thing about the apt was Natalia! She is a lovely host and made our stay very comfortable. Big apt, spotless with all necessary facilities.
