Contro: i rumori notturni , ma è il prezzo da pagare per essere in una posizione così centrale .

Totally in love

Pro: A great apartment, nice bed, lovely livingroom and real Italian kitchen. Nice shower also. Everything Right in the Middle of Venice on top of the bush market. (We experienced no noise at all from market). Looking over the canal and n to a palazzo. A kg of fresh vongole to cook at home.

Pro: the location is good, the only problem is that the apartment is located next to the market and its really noisy starting from early-early morning and till late night. we really liked that the apartment is in old style, but it seemed that a lot of stuff is just put their for a visibility. Haven't seen the host, since the keys were in a security bix, but Lorenzo seemed very kind person based on the messages rooms themselves seem pretty spacious, but once again, way too stuffed

Contro: it was kinda dirty in the rooms, we walked without shoes and collected all dirt on our socks. for some reason, the hist didn't mention when we checked in that the garbage needs to be taken out. thankfully, that's not my first trip and I kinda knew that it will be like that, but its a good thing to mention this kind of thing above hand and give a location where the garbage can be dumped. Lorenzo mentioned this the night before we were leaving.

Pro: Great location - neat and clean apartment. Kids slept together in sofa bed. Freestanding air conditioning and fans.

Lovely venetian home next food market

Pro: Excellent location next to the food market and vaporetto stop. Flat is nice and you get the feeling what would be like to live in Venice. No luxury, but includes all you need for your stay.

Fantastic apartment with a view to Canale Grande

Pro: Location just at the Canale Grande, the market and the waterbus-stop. And the old school Italian interior

Pro: The apartment was a dream...just perfect and waking up with the fruit market Infront of the apartment with the smell of strawberries was amazing, but not just that...my son was so happy with the view, seeing the Canal and gondola. We had the perfect holiday

Contro: Check-in was confirmed at 12:00, but actually settled at 15:00. We were with children, everyone was tired and it was very upsetting. Thanks to the manager for allowing at least to leave things in the room before check-in. The iron also did not work, we wrote to the manager, but this request was ignored. In general, all communication with the manager was a little strange .. we were evicted (only in correspondence, but still unpleasant) from the room a day earlier because they mixed up the dates, doubled the tourist tax because they mixed up something there. Charmante Wohnung in Bestlage!

Pro: Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, besser geht es nicht.

Contro: Die Wohnung ist kein Luxusappartment sondern eine charmante italienische Stadtwohnung - das weiß man ja, wenn man bucht und deshalb gibt es dafür keinen Abzug.
