Pro: Struttura accogliente e pulita con ottimi servizi di cucina che ha tutto il necessario. Ambienti grandi. Aggiungerei il phone nel bagno. Ben collegato a 2 minuti da vaporetto di santa Marta. Paola è gentile e pratica, nei suggerimenti. Bella vacanza. P.S. : no over '80 terzo piano senza ascensore.

Pro: The hostess is super nice and accommodating. Before arriving I got all the infos on how to get to the apartment via WhatsApp from her and because we arrived quite early with the train, she even let us check in early! Thank you for the great stay at your apartment :)

Pro: Amazing Apartment and friendly hosts. The location in Venice was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the sea. Also a lot of nice local restaurants in the surrounding area where you could buy dinner and have breakfast for decent prices! We walked everyhwere from here and did not use public transport / water taxi once.

It was just what we needed for our stay in Venice, quiet but with plenty of space for two.

Pro: The location was quiet and the apartment was a nice size.

Contro: Perhaps, there could've been some extra pillows, and maybe a welcome gift/coffee

Pro: Host met us at apartment. Let us in early and gave us excellent directions to get to apartment that was tricky to find. Host then gave us ideas about where to visit and eat in less touristy areas. Apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Would absolutely recommend to others. Also, Dorsoduro is close to San Marco but not crazy busy.

Contro: Bed a little hard.

Spotlessly clean, very good value, stylish flat in great location.

Pro: Very clean flat, lovely quiet location. Warm and spacious.

Contro: Shower flow was a little low but that's a minor point, lovely place

Lovely apartment in Dorsoduro

Pro: Loved Dorsoduro. You felt a million miles from the hustle and bustle when it was only two stops away on the waterbus, which was a short walk away from the apartment. It provided great access to other islands like Lido and Murano too. Loved watching the kids running around. It was very much a family area. The unit was great. Nice and roomy and beautifully presented, making it feel like home away from home. We had a comfy bed and a well appointed kitchen. Bit of a walk to restaurants but being right next to the university there were a couple of cafes a short walk away. The washing machine was a bonus. Paola and Daniele were super helpful. They were great hosts

Contro: The pans could do with replacement. Low water pressure in the shower but this was a minor issue Door to the bathroom needs adjustment. It got stuck on the tiles when you opened it. Again only a minor issue. We had quite a bit of luggage so being on the 3rd floor was a bit daunting when we arrived. Once we were in the apartment, with Daniele's help, that was forgotten!

Comfortable apartment in Santa Marta

Pro: Location is not in a tourist zone but is excellent for walking to St Marks. It is quiet and in a local community. Good bed good shower.
