Pro: posizione ottima e una vista impagabile, Isacco è stato super disponibile e gentile

Contro: niente di negativo

Pro: Posizione magnifica. Appartamenti dotati di spazi adeguati, vista meravigliosa e camere silenziose (abbiamo dormito con la finestra della camera aperta sentendo solo il suono delle campane).

Contro: Gli appartamenti hanno rispettato pienamente le aspettative data la descrizione fatta dal proprietario specie in relazione al fatto delle scale per raggiungerli. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di dotare le finestre di zanzariere. Al 5 piano sono state veramente fastidiose.

Apartment in heart of Venice

Pro: The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hosts, Isacco and Giosuè, welcomed us warmly, helped us store our bags, and shared sincere advice and recommendations that made our trip even better. Communication was not only fast but also very caring. As a special touch, they even left us a bottle of Prosecco. We felt truly looked after and would be happy to return.

We had a great coupe of nights here, easy access to the city sites, restaurants etc. Appartment was quiet and beautifull

Pro: Well appointed with everything needed, easy opening windows for fresh air access, great styling and little touches like power adapters if needed.

Wonderfully comfortable apartment in an exceptional location.

Pro: Exceptional location for accessing tourist spots, shops and groceries. A wonderfully accommodating host with helpful advice for public transport, dining and shopping. Well equipped kitchen and nicely renovated bathrooms. Apartment access was very easy with the swipe cards.

Contro: With the automatic heating shut-off, the apartment was cold each time we re-entered. However it did warm up relatively quickly and we do understand the aim of reducing power inefficiency and wastage.

Wonderful stay

Pro: We loved the location, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the apartment! We had to climb up and down the 3rd floor with our luggages but we still highly recommended this!

Contro: Nothing. We loved everything.

Pro: Central position; nice view; apartment split like duplex, one room+bathroom was stackable. Prosecco as gift was a very nice surprise 👏

Pro: Had everything we could ask for! Even mosquito repellents, it was quite annoying with them. The location is perfectly close to San Marco Square

Contro: Stairs, for older people might be a problem

Pro: The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for all five of us. The two bathrooms were a bonus. There was plenty of information and maps provided for the surrounding areas too. The kitchen amenities were great and the water can be drank straight from the taps due to the filter system in place. Saved us a lot of money on bottled water.

Contro: The social space/ living room could have been a little more comfortable maybe with some more comfy chairs but that is all.
