Pro: Ottima posizione, idem per la pulizia, comodità di avere due bagni . La gentilezza della Signora che ci ha fatto mettere in casa le nostre 4 valigie perche eravamo arrivati prima verso le 10,30 invece delle 15,00 e stavano ancora facendo le pulizie della casa per l'uscita degli altri ospiti.

Contro: Solo un consiglio, metterei delle luci nella via perché essendo chiusa alla sera si vedrebbe meglio.

Lovely Uma Apartment

Pro: Central location , large clean apartment and very helpful host Mariana could not be more helpful.

Contro: Far too many people in Venice.

Great location, very clean and everything you need is there.

Pro: Spacious, clean and in the middle of everything but very quiet - go figure! First floor apartment two minutes to Rialto Bridge and two minutes to St Marks. Host was terrific and met us at vaporetto stop. Communication during stay was fab. Would stay again.

Contro: Nothing! It is identical to the pictures on Booking.com

Pro: Marianna was a fantastic host. Attention to detail was 110%. She met us at the Rialto port stop which was a great relief and escorted us to the appartment. She was even kind enough to assist us with our luggage. As for the appartment it was excellent and well stocked up with coffee, teas, washing powder, dish cleaning liquid to name a few. The linen and towels were top quality. The appartment is a hop and a skip to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. I would highly recommend this place for long or short stays. We will definitely be back. Thank you thank you Marianna for everything. Duration of our stay 6 nights (4 adults)

Pro: Lovely apartment on a canal with gondolas going by. Great location. Host was incredibly helpful with clear and responsive communication.

Large apartment with great balcony (3 bedroom apartment)

Pro: Marianna met us at the Rialto bridge where the taxi dropped us off. She is friendly and very helpful with tips. Her property was large, clean and stylish. The balcony was the best part, not to mention the proximity to San Marco and Rialto. We have been to Venice numerous times and this is one of the best apartments we've stayed in with regards to size, proximity and luxury value (canal balcony).

Fantastic location, fantastic host

Pro: Very central location with loads of room. Host was amazing and met us off the water taxi to guide us to our apartment. Happy to accommodate our every need. Totally recommend.
