Perfetto per un soggiorno al Lido

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, molto pulito e in ottima posizione, dotato anche di posto auto che al Lido è fondamentale

Mi sono trovata benissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Pro: Appartamento pulitissimo, molto accogliente, spazioso, ben attrezzato ed arredato.

Contro: L’unica cosa che cambierei, per una maggior sicurezza, è la porta d’ingresso.

A Beautiful, Well-Equipped, Family-Friendly Apartment!

Pro: We, as a family of three, truly loved our stay at this beautiful apartment! It was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with all (and more) that we needed. Situated next to the canal, we experienced the best of Lido at our doorstep. The host, Luca, was always contactable, very kind, helpful and understanding and left welcome gifts for us all. The bathroom, main bedroom, kitchen and lounge were of a generous size and we felt right at home! The provision of bicycles allowed us to spend a beautiful day exploring Lido - we will definitely be back and can't recommend Luca's hospitality and his lovely apartment enough! Grazie mille, Luca! :)

Contro: The second bedroom was a little bit small and hot, as it was situated in the attic. However, we enjoyed the experience of staying in an attic and the air-conditioner downstairs helped with the heat.

Beautiful place to stay

Pro: Beautiful house and wonderful garden area. We ( a family of 4 adults) loved our stay here. We did a tour of Italy and stayed here for 4 nights. We all said we'd like to stay here for longer. The apartment has everything you would need. The owner went over and beyond for us. My sister had an issue with oedema to her lower legs. The pharmacist advised using ice, and Luca (the owner) arrived with ice for her. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The Lido island is lovely. The local bus runs every 10 minutes, and the ferry to Venice runs regularly also. We got a 3 day ticket for the bus and ferry. We didn't go to Venice every day as the surroundings of this apartment had plenty. There is a beach nearby, and a river with ducks runs by the front of the house. There is a takeaway nearby. You can get pizza/ chips / burgers, etc. There is a supermarket nearby and a fruit/veg van that comes every other day. The bicycles are a great asset.

Pro: I loved the location of the house. It is a beautiful area on the seafront while also being within easy access of lido centre and Venice centre. The bikes were very useful and we really enjoyed cycling in Lido and Palestrina.

A relaxing, fun filled family half term break.

Pro: Plenty of options in Malamocco - cafe, supermarket, bars, restaurants and great pizza takeaway. Very regular bus service to Lido centre literally outside of the accommodation. Perfectly situated to explore.

Contro: the weather for the last day could have been better - if you fix that I'm moving in

gorgeous stay

Pro: The location was great,right next to water. The house was amazing, clean, big and comfortable. Our host LUCA is an exceptional person, he picked us up from the water us station and gave us a lift to the house. My husband and son used the bikes provided with the house every evening for a stroll around the water. Bus statin is 2 minutes waking and 10 minutes to the water bus station. Venice is 15 minutes by boat. For a perfect holiday, i recommend this place,you will not be sorry.

Pro: La ubicación muy tranquila, cerca de la laguna y a 10 minutos de S.M.Elisabetta. Las instalaciones como la toda la casa está perfecta! Luca el anfitrión atento a todo! Habitaciones y baño muy grande

Contro: No hay nada que no me gustó, claro que siempre se puede mejorar. Una estancia de 10!

All in all it’s a great house for vacationing with the family!!!

Fint boende i mysig liten by

Pro: Väldigt fräscht och välstädat boende i ljus och modern stil. Värden var väldigt hjälpsam, vi kunde kommunicera och checka in helt på distans. Huset har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett loft med två enkelsängar. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet om man är flera. Smart med två AC så att man kan ha olika temperatur i sovrum och vardagsrum (det behöver vara lite kallare i vardagsrummet för att få lagom tempererat ur uppe på loftet. Fin tomt utanför huset med gräsmatta och ett matbord. Boendet känns också tryggt eftersom hela gården är som en gated community med en låst port. Från sovrums- och vardagsrumsfönstret har man utsikt över en liten kanal. Malamocco är en liten, söt och sömning by med några få restauranger och en bar/cafe. Nära till stranden uppe i Lido stad, bara 10 minuter med buss.
