Tutto alla grande .

Pro: La struttura ora in una postazione strategica a lido di Venezia 3/4 min a piedi dalla spiaggia una via e altrettanto per il centro .

Contro: La casa non è piccola ma gli spazi sono un po’ stretti .

A nice place to stay on the Lido for a family.

Pro: Nice little hidden away house-apartment in a quiet part of Lido. Despite the heat outside, the interior maintained an OK temperature and it was always refreshing to come in. The beds are comfortable. We could drop off our bags earlier than check in, which was great help.

Contro: There was a knife and a cutting board missing but normally it has already been replaced 👍🏻

Pro: Very friendly staff. We were great time in great apartment nearby beach. At apartment was all equipment for cooking. Was small garden area for great meals outside.

Maison bien située au calme

Pro: Le calme, l'environnement, la proximité de l'embarcadère et des commerces. La gentillesse de notre hôtesse. La petite terrasse qui permet de s'asseoir dehors. Les chambres de l'étage sont spacieuses et avec de nombreux rangements. Le chauffage central ainsi que des volets pour faire le noir dans les chambres.

Contro: Nous étions 5 et la cuisine est un peu petite ainsi que la salle de bains. Le canapé lit du salon n''est pas vraiment un lit ( ou alors on n'a pas compris comment l'installer). Il faudrait aussi un rideau pour isoler un peu le salon quand il sert de 3ème chambre (et mettre un rideau sur la porte d'entrée pour éviter qu'il fasse trop clair le matin). Autre remarque...il y a des nombreux équipements ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, table à repasser avec centrale vapeur mais il n'y a pas de micro ondes). Ce ne sont que des petits détails pour s'améliorer car le logement est très bien, dans un beau quartier

Pro: Великолепно. Превзошло все ожидания. Фактически приватная вилла с уютным частным двориком. Идеальная чистота, посудомойка, стиралка. Расположение - супер. Близко и до вапоретто и до пляжа. Все новое и чистое. Хозяйка без проблем и доплат разрешила выехать позже. В общем давно так удачно не селился). На фото выглядит хуже чем на самом деле.

Contro: нет такого.

Pro: Todos hemos valorado la limpieza, encontar el piso calentito al llegar y la atención personalizada, además de la instalación misma.

Contro: No tenemos ninguna queja, todo muy bien.

Pro: We really enjoyed this apartment. It was conveniently close to Venice (just 20 minutes by vaporetto to San Marco) and very near Lido Beach. On the way to the apartment, there is a supermarket and plenty of cafés. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment was clean and had the charm of a family country house. The hosts were great—easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Pro: An dieser Location hat uns besonders gut gefallen, dass sie in einer zauberhafte Lage inmitten von ein wenig Grün und dem Charme italienischer Fassaden liegt. Der Strand ist wunderbar nahe, die Fähre gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer wirken gemütlich. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
