Excetptional property and well maintained in a lovely area of Mestre.

Pro: Property is located in a quiet area opposite a church. Easy access to transport. The villa is a three bedroom & two bathroom house and very spacious with 1 bedroom downstairs and the other two upstairs. The host was very friendly and explained all facilities in great detail.

Contro: There are a few mosquitoes at dusk so as soon as it starts getting dark close all windows and shutters (not fully) leaving a little light and fresh air to enter the rooms. There is also a mozzie zapper you can use. No washing machine.

Pro: The villa was clean, spacious and had excellent facilities. The villa is close to the train station which heads to Venice. It's also not far of a walk the Mestre centre. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay with a group of friends.

Pro: The accommodation is very nice, clean and very quiet neighborhood. 2 minutes to bus station that goes to Venice directly.

Contro: One of the nights was particularly cold for this time of year. The AC remote for heating purposes would have been useful.

Very good, clean and convenient, host was very freindly and helpful

Pro: very convenient to bus stop with tabachi across from there to get tickets and a pastry shop to get breakfast. were able to do a load of laundry which was handy. host very friendly and helpful regarding touring and buying tickets for transportation.

Contro: with 6 of us the only option to sit together was the dining room table. we knew this ahead of time so we made it work. the shower head in the downstairs bathroom needs replacing.

Perfect place to stay near Venice! Amazing Host 👏

Pro: Sandra was a very welcoming host. She made is well informed about tourist hotspots in Venice and about lesser known places to visit. Bedrooms are large, beds are comfy, and all bedrooms are air conditioned.
