Appartamento a Marghera comodo per Venezia

Pro: Abbiamo concordato l'orario e ci stavano aspettando per darci le chiavi. Parcheggio comodo nel cortile della casa. Omaggio di benvenuto: acqua, una bottiglia di vino e 2 biglietti per il bus per andare a Venezia. L'appartamento si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Marghera è ampio, pulito, silenzioso, con una cucina abitabile con tutto quello che serve per cucinare. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fermata S. Antonio dove con il Bus 6L o il 6 si arriva a Venezia in 10 - 15 minuti.

Contro: Tutto bene, nulla di cui lamentarci

Bellissimo appartamento!

Pro: L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale di Marghera, molto tranquilla e con possibilità di parcheggiare in strada. Non dista molto dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre, 10 minuti a piedi, o dalle fermate del bus che porta a Piazzale Roma a Venezia, 5 minuti massimo. L'appartamento è come da foto, molto pulito. Letti e cuscini comodissimi! Per una famiglia o coppia di amici è perfetto, ha due camere matrimoniali indipendenti, un bagno, una cucina e una zona living. È anche vicinissimo a due grandi supermercati. Lo consiglio!

Pro: The apartment is on very good location. It's 5 minutes from two big stores and 10 minutes from the buss stop for Venice. The owner is really nice women. She was waiting for us at the apartment and explained everything we needed for our stay (travel to and from Venice, also where we could get travel cards, as well as shops and restaurants in the area).

Solid Appartment close to Venice with very nice hosts.

Pro: The property was located outside Venice. You could reach Venice by bus from there in a very convenient way and could leave your car safely parked at the residence. The host was very friendly, we could even store our bicycles safely in his own, lockable garage. The Appartment was very clean, the Furniture etc quite aged already but solid. Worth staying there if you do not want to have a Venice hotel experience.

Pro: Apartment is nice, very large and very comfortable. Location is great. There are also 2 balcony. Parking place in backcourt. There is Lidl 2 minutes by walking. Aroind are many pizzerias, bars in ealling distance like 15 minutes. Bus 6/6L is about 7 minutes walking and take you to Venecia in around 15 to 20 minutes, bus is going 3 or 4 times per hour. Owners canmot speak english, only Italian and Rusian but comunication was easy. There was welcome bottle of prosecco, 4 bottle of water and 4 tickets for bus. Very nice for new guys in town 🙂Last day we spent already our 48 hours tickets, we ask owner if they can sell us 4 tickets and they give for free, very gentle and appreciated.

Contro: In kitchen no bake, toaster but we was expecfing this and get own toaster since kids love toasts.

Good place to stay near to mestre train station

Pro: Clean nice room ,host made up room every day (change the towel,blanket)

Lovely apartment and easy to get in and out of Venice by train and bus.

Pro: Very clean. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Very good WiFi connection.

Contro: No electric kettle. Had to boil a pot of water for tea, but it wasn’t too much of a hardship!

Pro: Apartment is very beautiful and it has all the things needed to stay during vacation. I like the balcony on the both the sides. Martina is great host, we didn't have any problem during our stay. I would definately recommand her place. Venice city is 20 mins by bus and bus stop is at 5 mins walk. Lidy supermarket is very close.

Very Good and recommended

Pro: Very clean, clear, with lots of space and nice location. The hosts were lovely people and left some basic items and drinks for us.

Contro: the only thing might be that there is no washing machine which might be a little inconvenient if you need to wash clothes.

Pro: Lovely well equiped apartment in a quiet location.

Contro: Outside of Venice, need to walk and then get a bus
