Pro: Ottima posizione, struttura ben tenuta e molto pulita

Contro: Orari di check-in e check-out leggermente stretti

Pro: Stanza super accogliente con bellissima vista sulla città, posizione strategica per qualsiasi spostamento. Con Cristina tutto perfetto ci siamo sentite a casa!

Pro: Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi zona, camera pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, meravigliosa vista sul canale e Cristina è stata molto gentile. Il palazzo è molto bello e tipicamente veneziano. Trovo che sia una delle cose belle di un viaggio soggiornare in un posto che ti dia la sensazione di essere proprio in quel luogo.

Contro: È stato tutto ottimo, se proprio devo trovare un punto a sfavore è che l’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano e non c’è l’ascensore. Purtroppo però non è nemmeno colpa di Cristina, che da anni sta facendo il possibile con gli altri condomini per far sì che abbiano il permesso per installarlo.

Pro: Alloggio Casa Loredan is very clean, well located, and comfortable. It’s not a hotel but a private home run by a very kind lady who rents out rooms. Everything is extremely well organized, clean, and welcoming. A lovely place to stay.

Good value for money for a short stay or overnight .

Pro: Great location. Water pressure is fantastic - facilities were clean. Good for a short stay - wouldn’t have enjoyed it if I stayed for long there but the staff and host were great.

Contro: There’s a lot of stairs to get up to the flat. It’s a subletted rooms within a large apartment so have to be weary of making noise.

Pro: The bed was extremely comfy, the size of the room was spacious. I loved the little coffee machine with a supply of snacks too. When we ran out of coffee/ milk, Christina was happy to refill for us. The bathroom was great, the shower was amazing (superb shower pressure).

Pro: The location was excellent: about a 20-minute walk from San Marco Square and the same distance from the train station. There are shops, cafés, and restaurants in the area. The host was welcoming, and the room was clean and warm (visited in January). Highly recommended!

Pro: I was nervous when booking because there was no cancellation, and it just seemed a bit risky, as it looked too good to be true. Have no fears; it's a fantastic, quiet location and convenient for exploring Venice slightly off the beaten track.

Affordable stay for those wanting to explore Venice

Pro: The air con was superb and the view from the room was incredible

Contro: The steps getting up to the property was a challenge

Pro: I really enjoyed our stay here: Christina is very friendly and hospitable person, we had really good communication with her and she filled our candy bowl every day, it was very nice. Apartament itself and private bathroom were super clean. We had everything we needed here, thank you very much!

Contro: We had some problems with keys, it requires some power to open main door, but Christina helped us out here, so not really big deal.
