Pro: Ottima posizione, check in rapido, comodo e stanza perfetta.

Contro: Unico difettino lo scarico del bagno che non smetteva di fare rumore (risolto facilmente chiudendo bene la porta) per il resto super!

Pro: Rapporto qualità prezzo; posizione comodissima, struttura semplice ma confortevole. Gestore sempre disponibile.

Pro: Proprietario super carino, preciso e accogliente. Con il sistema di consegna delle chiavi si ha piena libertá di orari, che per chi viaggia per lavoro é ottimo!

Semplice e conveniente

Pro: La posizione è perfetta per avere un'esperienza reale di Venezia, meno turistica e meno affollata. San Marco si raggiunge con una passeggiata di mezz'ora tra ponticelli e canali, ma si arriva velocemente al ponte dell' accademia e nelle zone più conosciute di Venezia. Aria condizionata è stata una benedizione! La biancheria da letto era piacevole e abbiamo avuto asciugamani nuovi ogni giorno. Avevamo con noi il nostro pincher nano a cui è stato concesso di aspettarci in camera mentre eravamo ai musei: comodissimo!

Contro: La struttura è spartana e un po' dimessa, gioverebbe di qualche rinnovamento. Ottimo per chi non si formalizza.

Pro: The room was great. At a really good spot between the bus station and san marco. Cleaning crew was here every morning. The next time i'll come to Venice i will choose it again.

Pro: Noa ha encantado principalmente la ubicación, habitación calentita ,cama super cómoda Con baño privado , si vuelvo a Venecia seguro me volvería a alojar aquí

Pro: Se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren de Florencia a 5 minutos 7 máximo caminando lo que facilita tus translados hacia el tren o metro . Cuenta con todos los servicios de internet, agua caliente

Contro: La habitacion que no dieron a pesar que se encontraba limpiar . Se aspira un extraño olor como a humedad , pies no sé algo desagradable , no estuve mucho tiempo en el hotel por mis tours pero la noche fue desagradable olerlo, si pudieran solventar ese problema el hotel estaría de 10. Contemplar que son un buen de escaleras aproximadamente 20 escalones para el tema de tú equipaje

Pro: Buena relación precio y calidad. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Bien calefaccionada. Baño funcional y con buen sistema de agua caliente. Ubicación turística, pero tranquila, cerca de sitios bonitos para ver.

Decent for the price and location, though not luxurious

Pro: The room I had was spacious and although it looked old, with the age and wear of the building and the furnishings giving it a faded old-European charm, everything worked and was clean and comfortable enough. The manager was helpful and easy to contact with questions, and he was accommodating when it came to arrival and departure times. Although the place was difficult to find at first, once I found it the location was very convenient, being right next to Campo Santa Margherita and its restaurants, and situated within a 15-20 minute walk to most places in Venice. The bed was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning worked very well.

Contro: There were a few minor inconveniences but nothing major. The place was very difficult to find at first, but that was mostly due to Venice being like a maze and not the fault of the hotel. The walls were thin so every noise from the corridor was heard in the room, and the door to the room wasn't the easiest to lock or unlock from the inside due to a metal panel over the keyhole having come loose, although it always worked after some fiddling. And the water pressure in the toilet was low, making it slow and weak to flush.
