Bagno pulito, posizione comoda e centrale, personale gentile e disponibile

Pro: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa stanza con bagno a Venezia. La posizione è perfetta: centrale ma tranquilla, ideale per esplorare la città senza il caos turistico. La stanza era pulitissima, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari come la Wi-Fi. Il bagno moderno e pulito è stato un vero punto di forza, con una doccia comoda e sempre acqua calda disponibile. L’host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un alloggio accogliente e ben posizionato a Venezia!

Posizione ottima

Pro: Posizione ottima, unica cosa non ho trovato il materasso comodo, era molto rumoroso. Ad ogni modo la struttura tipica e molto classica. Proprietari gentilissimi.

Pro: Posto tranquillo i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili ci sono venuti incontro quando ci siamo perse e ci hanno accompagnato fino alla struttura. La struttura è pulita ed essenziale

Contro: Il navigatore fra le calle di Venezia si è perso, consiglio una utile cartina

Pro: The location was very good. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very clean.

Happy with my stay

Pro: Great, central position. Beautiful neighbourhood and easy to get around. Bed was wide and comfortable.

Contro: Walls are very very thin and we could hear people in the next room chatting or people walking in the street. It was ok for us anyway but worth mentioning if anyone is bothered by noise.

Contro: - maybe it would be good to oil all the doors, each time somebody opens a door, it makes a particularly unpleasant cracking noise.

Pro: Really great location. The host was really nice, he let us check in late at night, which was very helpful. The apartment is clean, you have everything you need in the shared kitchen. I liked the venetian atmosphere in the bedroom – old, but nice furniture. The bathroom is shared (I think for two rooms), but we knew that beforehand, so it was fine (it's clean and big enough).

Contro: The beds are a little bit small, the room also, but if you don't intend to stay the whole day in it, which you probably don't, it's okay. It was a little noisy sometimes through the night, but I think that's inevitable.

Pro: The location is good, around 10-15 mintues from Riato and in a place not too noisy. The room is very basic but clean. There are two bathrooms that you can use. During my stay, there were no problems sharing them with the other guests, and most guests are out for tourism during the day time. My room is next to the street and you can hear people passing by and talking. During the nights, it was quiet with just one exception. On the Saturday night, some neighbors had very late dinner and it was noisy till 2 am. The doors in the room are old and made a noise as well. Therefore, if you are easily disturbed by other guests in the other rooms, it may not be your choice. But I don't think it is a problem during the night.
