Privacy in Venice - Your apartment to be let alone

Pro: Tutto, dalla facile comunicazione e gentilezza dei proprietari, alla posizione dell’alloggio stesso. Una sistemazione splendida che rende I giorni a Venezia speciali.

Contro: Nulla Volendo cercare il pelo nell’uovo, servirebbe un bricco per il the più capiente.

Sentirsi “a casa” a Venezia

Pro: L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto. Le camere ed il soggiorno sono molto accoglienti, i letti comodi, la cucina funzionale e il bagno ampio e con finestra. La posizione strategica (in una zona centrale ma tranquilla) è davvero un valore aggiunto: si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse e, nello stesso tempo, si assapora la Venezia autentica sfuggendo al caos del turismo “mordi e fuggi”. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, accoglienti e rispondono tempestivamente ad ogni richiesta.

A well-situated and functional space, suitable for a family of four, but cleanliness and comfort could be improved.

Pro: The location is very good, about a 10-minute walk from key areas. There is a supermarket just 130 metres away and several restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The apartment is well equipped and has all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was kind and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and practical.

Contro: The building entrance and common areas are quite degraded and in need of thorough cleaning. Inside the apartment, there was a significant amount of dust. As I am allergic, this made the stay uncomfortable. Under the bed, there was a noticeable accumulation of lint, dust and even spider webs. We would also suggest improving some practical details: \t•\tProviding shower gel in a more hygienic and practical format \t•\tIncreasing the amount of toilet paper and adding kitchen roll or napkins \t•\tIncluding hair conditioner \t•\tSupplying dishwasher tablets Additionally, we did not find nearby rubbish containers, which made waste disposal less convenient. After booking, we received the exact location along with photos of the exterior door and windows. While this initially felt slightly unsettling, we did not feel unsafe during our stay.

Nice and quiet apartment in beautiful Venice

Pro: Nice and clean apartment between San Marco and Arsenale. Located in a quiet area and only 5min to boat terminals and lively areas. Two bedrooms share one big bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a living area. We enjoyed the stay.

Amazing property, which thoroughly met our expectations, and was hosted by a very sweet couple.

Pro: Lovely and clean property with comfortable beds. Good location which was fairly easy to find, even late at night when we arrived. The hosts were extremely nice, and took pride in their properties appearance, even leaving a welcome package for each member of our family upon arrival.

Pro: The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere and yet it is away from the tourist crowds. Very cozy, spacious and clean accommodation.

Contro: The apartment is a bit darker and doesn't have a nice view, but as soon as you step out onto the street you find yourself at a beautiful canal with a view.

Good accommodation for a short stay.

Pro: Attractively decorated property with comfy beds and plenty of space for two people.

Contro: Only one bathroom which was accessed both through the kitchen area and one of the bedrooms. No key for the second door which was awkward. A lot of footfall noise from upstairs , an unfortunate product of wooden flooring.
