Soggiorno di relax con la famiglia in zona tranquilla vicinissima al centro e a tutti i servizi
Pro: Posizione fantastica, vicina al centro ma in zona silenziosa. Appartamento molto grande e ben tenuto. L'agenzia ha risposto velocemente a tutte le mie domande.
Contro: Le parti comuni (ingresso, scale) non sono ben tenute. Le scale sono molto ripide, mia mamma di 80 anni aveva un pò di problemi a scendere e salire, ma per fortuna sia in casa che sulle scale comuni c'era il corrimano. Nei bagni andrebbe aggiunto un mobiletto per appoggiare le cose, e degli appendini per gli asciugamani.

Pro: Posizione buona, facilmente raggiungibili i principali punti di attrazione della città. Casa pulita e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Contro: Non essendo inclusa la colazione provvederei a lasciare qualche tisana in più o caffè.

Pro: Loved the area/ location and facilities in the apartment and the living space, very cosy! Very friendly team and quick replies and allowed a late check in! Accommodating and helpful ❤️
Contro: It was slightly dusty and air con remotes were hard to find but apart from that, perfect 🤩

Comfortabel family apartment
Pro: Great location. Beautiful view on a garden. Nice and clean. Nice building. Two comfortabel bedrooms. Good showers. No luxury but all well taken care of. Just what we wanted
Contro: The third bedroom is on a video, which means it is in open connection with the living space. Also this room was very low, my husband could not stand in the middle, and of course really had to bend in the edges of this roof room.

Pro: La proximité avec tous les centres d'intérêts, le calme de l'appartement et la supérette à 200 m.
Contro: Le manque d'équipements dans le coin cuisine qui est trop restreint pour 6 personnes.

Pro: L'appartement est très bien situé, et conforme aux photos de l'annonce. J'ai apprécié sa disposition, sa salle de bain spacieuse, jolie et pratique. Il est propre, calme et reposant après les longues ballades dans Venise! En famille c'était vraiment très bien. Notre fille a très bien dormi sur le canapé lit. L'appartement est équipé de volets et de rideaux et l'on peut faire facilement l'obscurité. Les propriétaires étaient facilement joignables et très réactifs. Nous avons eu un souci de santé à gérer pendant notre séjour et nous avons la chance de pouvoir communiquer avec eux et qu'ils soient à l'écoute et compréhensifs. Dans une situation un peu stressante cela nous a bien aidés ! Nous sommes reconnaissants !
Contro: De toutes petites choses pourraient être améliorées mais c'est vraiment accessoire. Par exemple mettre un ou deux torchons à disposition pour essuyer la vaisselle, et aussi peut-être quelques denrées de base (des échantillons de sel, poivre, sucre, huile pour cuisiner). Ce serait un plus !

Pro: Хорошее тихое месторасположение. Рядом находятся маленькие продуктовые магазины, прачечная. До достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком.
Contro: Из минусов-это контрастный душ ))) Никак не получалось его настроить (течёт то холодная вода, то горячая), нет крючков для полотенец в ванной и хотелось бы, чтобы в ванной комнате была хоть какая-то полочка для вещей.

REWELACYJNY WYJAZD I POBYT W APARTAMENCIE. SUPER LOKALIZACJA.
Pro: Apartament REWELACJA. Godny polecenia. Przestronny. Wszystko mi się w nim podobało (wystrój, duża łazienka, wygodne łózka). Okolica cicha. Blisko placu św. Marka (8 minut). Bardzo dużym atutem jest samodzielne zameldowanie (nawet przed czasem). Bardzo polecam.

Fantástico para conocer Venecia
Pro: La ubicación perfecta para conocer Venecia. Apartamento limpio, con todo lo necesario, reformado. Ideal para una estancia turística. La cocina es pequeña pero tampoco es fundamental si lo que quieres es aprovechar el tiempo para conocer la ciudad.
