Pro: La posizione davvero imbattibile, chiuse le finestre si sentiva ben poco della confusione del carnevale, terrazzi davvero usufruibili. La vista dal salotto è molto gradevole! Letto super comodo, ti rapisce.

Contro: Forse da rivedere un paio di cose non funzionanti e avvisare dove sono le pentole!! Davvero curioso dover scassinare dal muro un mobile 😅 meglio usare la cucina solo per riscaldare qualcosa.

Pro: Location fabulous, restaurant below excellent, stairs a challenge for the unfit, just take your time going up and down, comfortable stay, gondala rides just below, watch the canal traffic going by is fantastic, very surreal, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Contro: The rug and curtains need an update if I was to be picky or negative but would not stop me staying again.

Pro: Lovely location. Very quiet even when it was busy.

Contro: Rear plate of cooker work only on one setting. Bath is not usable and shower mechanism diverting water from rain shower to handheld does not stay in position unless you wedge something in to keep it in position. Not a big problem but need some seeing too.

If you don’t mind a few stairs (which one should expect in Venice), this property is perfect for a short visit to Venice

Pro: The location was great, only a short distance to Rialto bridge and St Marks square and with very nice views over the local canal. Shops, cafes, restaurants and transport were all within easy walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and was very comfortable, even with the hot weather outside.

Excellent and it made my stay memorable.

Pro: Location was great. Easy to find and central to navigating through Venice. Very conveniently located near the water bus station.

Contro: Lots of stairs to reach the apartment especially with luggage.

Pro: Great location, easy to reach upon arrival, easy to go places, a supermarket nearby. Nice private balcony, fantastic view. Good set of kitchen wares for cooking , saved us a lot in dining. Cozy bedroom and nicely working Air conditioner.

Contro: Kettle is not working as hot water is very essential for us. Counter-top oven not working as well. Kitchen faucet water flow is too slow, might gets blocked. And in the shower room, there is no place to hold our shampoo/ soap and such.

Very romantic, very convenient location.

Pro: Great place. Nice view. Very close to SanMarco and Rialto. Two great restaurants right in this building. Quite interesting furniture. Balcony it very good (both of them, actually). Highly recommend it for some portion of romance :)

Contro: It is not a problem in a particular place, but even with closed windows, the all-night-long party from the building in front of a bedroom was really annoying, and it is hard to solve it, really. A lot of mosquitos (can be solved by closed windows and AC) and not related to this particular room. So, basically, if we speak about the particular room- no big cons at all, high steps- possibly for those 70+ could be a problem.

Pro: Хорошее месторасположение, довольно близко к мосту Риалто и почти прямая дорога к нему. Два балкона!

Contro: Ванная выше уровнем, чем остальные комнаты. И джакузи до сих пор не работает, хотя это вина дизайнера, запечатавшего его в мрамор - выглядит, конечно, красиво, но ремонт практически не возможен. Берите с собой тапки, дизайнерские каменные полы очень холодные.

Pro: Magnifique appartement, vu imprenable sur le lagon avec les gondoles qui défilent toute la journée, proche de toutes commodités, pont de Rialto d'un côté et la place sain Marco de l'autre\
