Very nice vacation in a wonderful place!

Pro: Very large, good looking furniture, nice kitchen, close to all the interesting places in Venice.

Fantastic property in the heart of Venice.

Pro: It is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very central and great for our family

Contro: We didn’t have a kettle & missing a dish towel in the kitchen. Small things really as we managed with a pan to boil water and there was kitchen roll left.

Pro: The location was highly satisfactory, and the apartment was exceptionally clean with aesthetically pleasing decor. Nino demonstrated remarkable patience during the check-in process. Due to the cancellation of our train from Milan, we were compelled to modify the check-in time on several occasions, and Nino graciously accommodated our situation.

Contro: Was not informed it was 2nd floor apartment , there nearly 100 steep steps and with 3 cases it was very tough to carry them up , it would be very difficult if someone has physical issues. No milk or any complimentary fruit, etc, for people travelling and checking in late with families ,it would have been a nice touch. Internet keeps disconnecting from bedroom to bedroom and very patchy.

Loved it!! Amazing apartment and location

Pro: The location was superb! Right in the heart of the tourist area and very easy to get everywhere from.

Contro: The WiFi in the flat was very bad and as we were filing copy and working whilst there it was an issue for us. But if you were on holiday it would be fine.

Very nice apartment

Pro: Expensive but spacious and very well-located apartment, very close to the Piazza San Marco and with a pleasant view to a canal. Comfortable beds. We recommend this house.

Contro: It's a little confusing to get to the apartment, with lots of details and instructions. Opening the door remotely is not very practical. Without microwave or kettle. The guests must take care of the garbage.

Perfect location, great to stay with family with kids.

Pro: Great location close to San Marco square and also the Grand Canal. View from window onto smaller canal. Many restaurants close by. Amazing apartment - very spacious, 2 bedrooms, air con in every room, 2 bathrooms. Everything in the apartment was great. A lot of stairs to climb if you have heavy suitcases (no lift).

Kényelmes, szép szállás Velence szívében

Pro: Velence szívében egy kényelmes, tiszta, szép lakás. Elhelyezkedése kifejezetten jó, pár percre a Rialtótól és kellemes rövid sétára a többi nevezetességtől. A kommunikáció gördülékeny volt a szállásközvetítő irodával, segítőkészek voltak. Kifejezetten tetszett, hogy a nappali és az egyik hálószoba ablakából egy kis csatornára és a gondolásokra láthattunk.

Contro: Az ágymatracok picit kemények voltak, de ez egyéni ízlés kérdése. A 70 meredek lépcső megterhelő lehet idősebbeknek, de a foglaláskor tisztában voltunk a tényekkel.

Pro: le logement est idéalement placé entre Rialto et San Marco. les chambres sont grandes. La pièce principale est très claire. Il y a deux salles d'eau (baignoire pour l'une et douche pour l'autre). Donc un logement très confortable pour 4 adultes. L'accueil a été simple et rapide.

Contro: attention les escaliers sont raides. Il manque des torchons (au moins un) pour sécher la dernière vaisselle du petit déjeuner. Une bouilloire serait un plus.

Pro: Very spacious accommodation and 2 X bathrooms was a bonus.

Contro: Steps could be a bit of a challenge with younger kids or older people but were fine for us. A kettle would be a nice addition.

super bien situé

Pro: spacieux, très bien situé, propre, agence réactive lorsque les plombs ont sauté. 2 sdb, 2 wc. petite vue du 2e étage sur un bout d’un joli canal.

Contro: wifi et réseau 4G pas fiables mais ce n’est pas grave. douche très petite.
