Pro: La struttura è vicinissima a piazza San Marco, ristrutturata, pulitissima.Non manca nulla.C’è anche una macchinetta per il caffè. L’host Simona è gentile e cordiale.

Contro: Purtroppo il saliscendi della doccia è stato montato in una posizione sbagliata, che non consente la completa mobilità del miscelatore quindi l'acqua non ha un getto abbondante e caldo. Non siamo riusciti a utiluzzare la macchinetta del caffè, sembra rotta

Pro: Very cozy and beautiful apartment. Centre location, close to everything. It’s very important in Venice to stay in apartment like this. Venice doesn’t have nightlife so it’s very convenient to have a nice space to enjoy your evening with your partner. 🙏 Incredible Host Simona!! 🫶

Little gem in Venice

Pro: The apartment is well maintained and decked out. It was very comfortable as were the bed and pillows. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Simona left yummy treats for breakfast. It was in a great spot close to San Mark's Square and all the hustle and bustle of Venice. It's also very close to the Rialto bridge and ferry stop. The hair-dryer was missing when I went to use it, the host was unaware it was gone but she promptly replaced it within a couple of hours, stopping by with a new one.

Contro: Being in the thick of it, unfortunately means late night noise which hinders on getting to sleep. There's a club near by and the sound of people and music travels all the way back up to the apartment. Making it very late nights and people coming back to the apartment block were so noisy, voices and stomping up the stairs at all hours of the night waking us up. People in the alley way just standing talking, voices travelled very loudly. No fault of the host but it does hinder on rest time. The apartment is in the second floor with no elevator, so that was a hindrance for us, with hip and knee issues. The shower wasn't working properly but the host confirmed she is getting that sorted. Don't get me wrong this is a great place but if you want peace and quiet late at night in the busy period, just consider the noise factor.

Pro: Mi-a placut ca am avut cafea, cateva gustari. Faptul ca la locatie bucataria este utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Contro: Geamurile sunt situate pe o alee principala, iar noaptea este zgomot din cauza turistilor, insa fiind in centru este un lucru normal.

Pro: Понравилось всё : хозяйка Simona великолепная женщина , видно , что очень уважает своих гостей продумано все до мелочей ( поверье , я очень опытный путешественник и уважение не у каждого хозяина , тем более в Венеции , где нет недостатка в туристах ) Уважение - это продумана каждая мелочь для удобства , которая делает отдых еще более комфортным ( Вы поймете , когда будете бронировать ) Есть все необходимое , чистота , хозяйка всегда на связи . Рекомендую на все 💯 Обязательно вернемся в эти апартаменты
