Accoglienza e soggiorno deliziosi

Pro: Posizione molto comoda, palazzo storico è molto bello e ben tenuto, facilità di comunicazione con i proprietari, disponibilità e accoglienza.ho trovato anche il caffè, tè, prodotti da bagno.un ottimo soggiorno, consigliatissimo

Contro: Unica cosa migliorabile: la possibilità di lasciare magari al piano terra gli zaini per non dover visitare la città con il peso.

Pro: Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FS Santa Lucia, a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Pulizia perfetta. Accoglienza perfetta.

A bird’s eye view over Venice.

Pro: Great location right in the middle of Venice with a lovely view over red tile roofs and the ‘Venice Cathedral’. The lift up to the top floors of this typical old Venetian building is a massive bonus for anyone with creaky knees!! The living room and bedrooms are bright and airy and get the afternoon sun. Listening to the bells ringing out is a wonderful experience. The kitchen is small but is very well equipped and with so many great bars and restaurants on the doorstep, you are not going to want to spend a lot of time cooking! The apartment feels very welcoming and cosy and feels like a real Venetian home.

Great location away from the crowds.

Pro: Spacious and comfortable apartment with a tiny but well equipped kitchenette, a view over to the tower of St. Marks but well away from the tourist throng. Nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. St. Toma vaporetto stop was a 5 minute walk away.

Contro: Not sure what to say, it was all great but be aware that you have to take your garbage and recycling to a refuse boat on the day you leave. It's well described what you need to do but it worried us at first. In the end, it was easy and I can see why it has to be done this way. Nothing works the same in Venice as everywhere elso.

Great central location

Pro: Great location, comfortable property and supportive hosts

Contro: Kitchen is small but it was workable for simple meals.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back one day.

Pro: The apartment is beautifully laid out with lots of light and wonderful views over Frari church.

Contro: The kitchen is a bit small but this was to be expected - it just means you don’t cook and chop and wash dishes all at the same time. Do these things one at a time!

Pro: Очень удобно для проживания с детьми. Есть абсолютно все для семьи. Готовить, стирать, гладить, можно все. Все работает. Хозяйка великолепная и всегда на связи. Фотографии соответствую реальности. Если вас все устраивает, что не думайте. Рекомендую.

Pro: L'emplacement. Le charme du logis. Le parquet et les tapis. La bonne desserte.

Contro: Le simple vitrage des fenêtres. Température un peu fraîche.

Pro: Location is excellent, with easy walks to get to everything. Marta met us right away and took us through the apartment, which was very clean and tidy, all amenities available bar a microwave which could have come in handy.

Contro: Pillows seriously hard!

Appatement exceptionnel pour un sejour exceptionnel

Pro: Un très grand merci à Kitty pour son accueil et pour nous avoir permis de profiter de l'appartement jusqu'à notre départ. Appartement vraiment bien situé à 10mn à pied de Piazzale Roma si vous arrivez par le bus et à 10 mn à pied de San stae si vous arrivez par bateau ALILAGUNA de l'aéroport, dans un quartier très sympathique, et à moins de 5 mn d'un arrêt de vaporetto. Très bel appartement très très lumineux au 4e étage avec ascenseur.
