Terrific!

Pro: It was all good but don’t have a lot of luggage if you’re going to Venice! Cobblestone Streets and lots of steps up and down over the bridges! Taxis are very expensive and don’t necessarily take you where you want to go. No roads so if there are no canals, there is no way for the taxi to get there.

Contro: Fewer people in Venice.

Pro: Location is excellent. Walkable. Hosts very thoughtfully equipped kitchen. Quiet peaceful square.

Contro: Getting luggage over from train station was a bit challenging - 5 bridges to cross. The shower did not drain quickly.

cosy flat in the heart of Venice

Pro: Very nice beautiful place, even better than the photo. The window overlooks the square, which also adds to the atmosphere. The beds themselves are in another room and it is very quiet. I liked the fact that there is a kitchen, where it is convenient to cook, all the tools we need, all the utensils. You can walk anywhere from the house, everything is close. Location in a comfortable part of the city, without crowds of tourists. Although the tourist parts are within easy reach. The owners are very nice people! Recommended.

A perfect place to stay for Venetian charm

Pro: Location perfect- central but quiet and very safe ( even returning late at night in the dark). A 20 minute walk got us to all main attractions.

Fabolous apartment!

Pro: Very cosy, clean, and elegant apartment at a perfect location! Kitchen has everything you may need. Bed is very comfortable. When you look outdide, you see San Polo square. Thereare a fantastic pastry shop and a bar with cichetti nearby + a supermarket. I'd recommend it!

The best in Venice

Pro: Casanova was the the best place we could choose! Clean, warm, cosy and located in such a beautiful neighborhood! So quiet and spacious. Roberto was at the station to pick us up and help us with the luggage! They interior is very nice with Venetian style details and decorations. A nice bottle of wine was offered to welcome us!

Pro: The Host, Emanuela, meet us at the train station and walk us all the way to the apartment Casanova. The apartament is located on a very quiet square in Venice. Location is great, in the middle of Venice and close enough to reach the most common attractions in 10-15 minutes. The apartment is very cosy and clean. Beautiful details inside like Murano glass chandelier or wall scones, antique furniture or paintings. We found all we need inside the apartament. I highly recommend that place for stay in Venice.

Gem found in Venice, beautiful vinician Appartment , great location

Pro: Amazing Venetian style property, the picture scan not justify how beautiful the place is . Location is superb. Overlooking San Polo square. It is very cosy, located 5 min walk to Realto bridge, super clean, beautifully decorated, giving you a feel of being true Venetian, fully equipped with everything and anything you might need for a nice stay. The photos do not represent how nice the place is. Many nice restaurants around the area. Coop is around the corner. Emanuela is very sweet and helpful. Very kind to supply us with water and juice on our arrival. Very thoughtful . We will miss the place and would definitely come back. Thank you so much Emanuela
