Appartamento favoloso, zona San Polo/Rialto

Pro: Location favolosa, a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto. Nella zona ci sono molti bacari e posti dove mangiare. Appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso, perfetto per una famiglia o due coppie (Ogni camera ha il suo bagno indipendente con doccia). Possibilità di avere due chiavi nel caso si uscisse separatamente.

Contro: Al terzo piano senza ascensore. Se si hanno bagagli grandi potrebbe essere un po' difficoltoso. Però la host Chiara è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutato con le valigie Per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema.

Pro: The apartment was very spacious, clean and bright! Chiara was a great host and she provided us with some great recommendations to experience Venice like locals. The location was very central next to a nice square!

Contro: Everything was great.

Ideal for a short stay in Venice - beds very comfortable, the apartment was warm and very clean.

Pro: The apartment was super clean, super comfy and in a great location. Chiara provided us with lots of information before our arrival, sent us maps from the vaporetta stop and was there to greet us with even more information. She then sent further details of local restaurant recommendations.

Pro: Spacious spot for 2+2 family. Really close to public transport, restaurants, shops and cafes.

Pro: It was modern, spacious, clean, the location was excellent and our host was very helpful and welcoming. Absolutely perfect for us and our 1year old. There was air conditioning, a washing machine, a very comfortable cot for the baby and even toys for him to play with. Couldn't recommend it more!

Contro: Nothing, it was the perfect stay. We appreciated it even more after a hellish stay elsewhere which didnt provide the basics as listed on the booking.

Very nice apartment and in a good position.

Pro: The location was perfect for our trip to Venice. Everything we wanted to see was within easy waking distance. The hosts were easy to contact and answered every query we had. The apartment is on the upper floor and accesed by stairs. There was a lift but not in use for passengers although our luggage was put in it and that saved carrying it up the stairs.

We loved it!!

Pro: The location is perfect!! We adored the area—it had lots of great restaurants and boutiques nearby, and it didn’t feel touristy. Even the little alleys were so cute, with lots of bridges. And it was a short walk to the touristy areas, especially Rialto Market and bridge. It was also clean and spacious, and we found the owner super helpful. She met us when our water taxi arrived, and she gave us helpful tips for places to visit and walks/neighborhoods to explore.

Contro: Note that if you need an elevator, you might want to double check in advance that it’s working. I’m guessing it usually does operate, but it wasn’t working when we were there. That was no problem for us at all, but others may need an elevator.

Pro: Appartement très confortable, très bien placé, au calme, l'ascenseur étant en panne, ses plus de 50 marches pour l'atteindre maintiennent en forme. Le must, c'est Chiara, hyperreactive et totalement charmante.

Pro: Appartement très bien situé en plein de Venise, proche des commerces

Contro: Ascenseur en panne

Pro: Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και μας κατατοπισε για το πού να πάμε κ να φάμε.

Contro: Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια καθώς και το ότι δεν λειτουργούσε το ασανσέρ κ έπρεπε να ανέβουμε αρκετά σκαλιά.
