Pro: posizione comodissima vicina alla stazione, struttura comoda e abbastanza nuova. personale gentile e disponibile, super consigliata ,per famiglie o amici. molto comoda e accogliente per stare a Venezia

Contro: non è stato facilissimo trovare l'ingresso nonostante Ke indicazioni, magari basterebbe indicare il numero civico . comunque tutto perfetto,.

Pro: The apartment is very near the train station and Cannaregio. Sebastiano provided very clear instructions on directions to apartment and also check in. Location of the apartment is a plus. Apartment is also clean and functional.

The perfect place to stay in Venice

Pro: Sebastiano, our host was always prompt in his replies and helpful with our requests. The accommodation is very comfortable and modern, combined with a lot of extras we didn't expect. The location is great, just a few minutes walking from the Santa Lucia train station. W2z

Pro: Very convenient location, just 2 minutes from the station. Spacious apartment. Good bathroom with good shower/water pressure. Air conditioning worked fine. Mosquito nets were on the windows, so we didn't have problems with greedy bloodsuckers. The double bed provided comfortable sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Contro: The twin beds are very low, thus not suitable for elderly or with mobility issues. Very basic decor

A retreat close to the action

Pro: A great location adjacent to the Grand Canal and associated transport links.

Contro: The two single beds are very low and are unsuitable for anyone with mobility limitations. The kitchen isn't particularly well equipped. With no cork screw, we were found to be desperately trying to find a way to remove a cork from a bottle of red wine :)

We had a great stay close to all attractions and most importantly the train station.

Pro: We were given precise instructions and a video so it was very easy to access the apartment. The apartment was spacious clean and included everything we needed. It was close to everything Venice has to offer including lots of restaurants and shops. The wifi was excellent which was a bonus as our granddaughter had school work to complete. I would definitely recommend staying at this property 👍
