Pro: Appartamento carino e spazioso,proprietaria gentilissima e attenta ad ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

Pro: Posto in punto perfetto, molto strategico: vicino a piazzale Roma e alla stazione e quindi a tutte le fermate del Vaporetto per tutte le destinazioni. Casa molto accogliente oriente e spaziosa, con tutti i comfort. Proprietari molto disponibili e simpatici.

ottimo per famiglie che hanno necessità di cucinare i pasti.

Pro: E' un appartamento con 4 letti, non un albergo. Soggiornino e due stanze, molto pulito. ottima posizione. Appartamento fornito di ogni \

Contro: Stanza da letto matrimoniale senza condizionatore o ventilatore. La porta di ingresso si chiude solo con le chiavi, quindi è indispensabile, sia per il check in, sia per il check out, lapresenza dei proprietari. Non è possibile chiudersi la porta alle spalle. Non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli oltre l'ora del check out. il prezzo (390 euro per due notti) è buono se si occupano tutti e quattro i letti (es. famiglia), un po' caro se si va in due.

Lovely apartment near the grand canal.

Pro: It felt spacious with 2 bedrooms. Plus it was in a good location for the grand canal, local restaurants, food shops, public ferry and people mover for the cruise terminal connection. The host communicated very well and was sympathetic to our flight delay, staying until we finally arrived. Thank you for caring

Excellent all round!

Pro: The location of the apartment was spot on. Just round the corner from the train station and great for my 87 year old Dad who I was travelling with. Excellent reception from host and she provided details of places to visit and eat. There was plenty of space in the apartment, the beds were comfy and it was very clean, my Dad said the cleanest place we have ever stayed. I would 100% stay again. The street was so quiet at night and then the 7.15am church bells we no problem as we were awake anyway. It's so handy for the Vaporetto and visiting Cannaregio district. Definitely recommend!

Pro: Host meet us at apartment - very friendly and helpful. 2 min walk from train station. close to water taxi. Safe and quiet at night - air conditioning a bonus.

Comfy enough

Pro: Great location, close to train station, cafes, shops and ferries. All in all, comfy enough for the three of us.

Contro: It was a bit small but there were only 3 of us. Bathroom was very tight and shower went hot and cold.
