Pro: Ottima posizione, si arriva a piedi in pochissimi minuti sia a Piazza San Marco che a Rialto, inoltre l'appartamente è comodo e pulito.

Pro: Appartamento storico, ristrutturato bene, in posizione eccezionale.

Contro: Un pò basso il soffitto essendo piano ammezzato

Pro: Appartamento davvero carino e confortevole, 3 comode stanze e cucina abitabile. A soli 3 minuti da Rialto e 3 minuti da San Marco, centralissimo. Vicino ci sono più minimarket utili ad acquistare qualsiasi cosa si desideri per la colazione, merenda, ecc. Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è la meravigliosa Rossana, prodiga di consigli, cortesissima e rapida in ogni risposta su wzp, pronta a risolvere ogni dubbio e ostacolo. Lei e Alessandra la governante, sono i fiori all'occhiello dell'appartamento. Torneremo!

Contro: In appartamento non trovate quasi nulla, neanche acqua di cortesia in frigo, per cui consiglio di farvi un giro al Despar difronte Rialto.

Great accommodation and location

Pro: Location is brilliant, in the middle of San Marco. 3 big bedrooms with everything you need. 2 min walk from rialto boat stop. Rossana was very helpful on handover and easy to communicate with before arrival.

Contro: There are other flats in the building and the people above us let their kids run wild.

Pro: The apartment was clean and just perfect! The location was brilliant only a few minutes walk from San Marco square. Fabio who greeted us when we arrived was so helpful and welcoming. Directions and how to get to the apartment were clearly explained. I would love to return to Venice and I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Quaint 3 bedroom in the very heart of Venice

Pro: The host, Rosanna, was fantastic. She was so helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed to make our stay in Venice amazing. The apartment was in a great location. The three bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Contro: Two things you should know about this property - 1) The ceiling height in some places in the apartment is really low. My 6'2\

Absolutely wonderful! We had the best week!

Pro: Everyone that was involved in checking us in and making sure we arrived at the property were so lovely and very helpful! The property was in an ideal location and was very comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities in the property were perfect. We were recommended a very good place for breakfast that was about 1 minute away from the property, and we went there every morning!

Contro: It was a bit noisy around 6am when the deliveries were being taken to various establishments, but that only affected the rooms at the front and didn't last long.

Pro: La ubicación, el personal , nos dejaron entrar antes y fue un detalle muy importante porque llegamos muy pronto.

Contro: No habían productos de higiene personal , el baño al no tener ventana tiene un ventilador que hace mucho ruido
