Pro: La gentilezza di Alessandra, che ci ha recuperato al binario in stazione a condotto all’appartamento facendoci da guida lungo il percorso inusuale e meno turistico. La posizione è centralissima, la pulizia incredibile! Torneremo

Soluzione perfetta a 2 passi dal ponte di Rialto

Pro: La gentilezza della proprietaria sempre molto disponibile, la posizione centralissima, la casa era ristrutturata con 2 bagni e letti tutti comodi. Eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo!

Great Host, short walk to San Marco Square, full amenities.

Pro: On arrival we were met at the water taxi station by Francesca. She walked us to the apartment which was located in San Marco square. Had a Restaurant next to us. Apartment was fully self contained so we could do our washing and cook if we wished.

Contro: Couldn’t turn the AC down, we found it a bit hot.

Gorgeous apartment close to everything

Pro: Loved the location..1 minute walk to St Mark's square and a 3 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. Francesca met us at the Rialto Waterbus stop and showed us to the apartment. She also gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and the rooms were massive!

Contro: It was hot and humid and the air conditioning was broken. The hosts bought standing fans ( which did help )while they waited for the technician to arrive and it was just unfortunate for us that it broke down on our visit.

Best stay in Venice.

Pro: Everything was perfect: the apartment was spacious and really pretty, the beds were comfortable, 2 bathrooms, it has all the necessary equipment, was perfectly clean, has strong wifi and little details that made our stay feel like home. Exactly as on pictures and even better in real life. The location was the best with good restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store in 2 min walk. San Marco and Palazzo Ducale within 3 min walk. The host, Francesca, was really nice and helpful, she gave us great recommendations on places to eat and some tips on how to travel smart in Venice and the nearest islands. Best stay in Venice so far and it was our fourth! Would definitely recommend this apartment and will return when in Venice.

In the Heart of Venice

Pro: Everything! It was in the best location- close to Rialto ferry terminal and St Marks Square, and right above a restaurant, shops and gelateria-this is a beautiful super spacious apartment with the perfect mix of old and modern. The host was very helpful and collected us from the station and offered us a lot of information about how to get around, things to do and where to eat. Despite it not having top reviews, we really enjoyed eating at the restaurant downstairs- it had a really lovely atmosphere and decent food. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pro: Excellent location - close to all the main sights. Very spacious. Clean, comfortable. Air conditioning in all rooms. Excellent kitchen. No complaints.

Super location dans un endroit idéal

Pro: L’appartement était très propre, hyper fonctionnel, décoré avec goût. Nous étions 6 adultes, nous n’étions pas les uns sur les autres. La cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est parfait… à 2 pas de la place st marc.

Contro: Rien tout était bien. Il faut savoir qu’il y a une trentaine de marches avant d’arriver dans l’appartement. Nous étions avec 2 personnes âgées.
