Ottima sistemazione nel cuore del centro storico a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco

Pro: La posizione a due passi da piazza San Marco, l' alloggio curato, ben arredato con molti accessori compresa l' aria condizionata, ed il bagno pulito e funzionale. Check-in senza problemi, la sig.ra Rossana, gentile e disponibile, ha consegnato le chiavi all' ora stabilita.

Contro: niente in particolare

The apartment was in a great location. It had all the facilities needed. The host was great.

Pro: Best location but the key was hard to lock and open. The place was clean and close to the San Marco Square. It was pretty clean.

Comfortable and we were very happy there

Pro: The apt was very cute and comfortable. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stays. Our host made things very easy for us.

Contro: Aircon!!! Also washing machine was so handy!

A good place for the price we paid.

Pro: The apartment is in very center of Venice, both Rialto and San Marco were close. Our host Rossana was really friendly. Shops and restaurants were basically next door and for eating gelato we had to walk only a few steps. It was easy to get around and Vaporetto stops were also close to go to other islands.

Contro: The apartment itself was a little old and worn out. For a person with light sleep it's difficult to sleep past early morning, since motorboats started to move and nearby constructionwork began as early 6AM. All the noise was hard to ignore.

A perfect experience in Venice

Pro: Everything was perfect!! The location is great, really near San Marco square, but so central, you can go everywhere from there (we travelled a lot all over the islands, and all the different neighbourhoods, it is in the middle and so easy to arrive somewhere). The flat itself is spacious and nice, the air-conditioning works miracles and believe me you need it in hot weather, plus there was also a fan. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a big fridge, really everything you might need. We enjoyed our holidays in Venice and the flat played a decisive role in that. Let's not forget to mention Rossana, who is a kind smiling lady, the one who gave us the keys and welcomed us. Not only had she written on WhatsApp a really detailed way to arrive at the flat, but she was available at all times - when we needed her for something after ten at night, she immediately responded and helped us. Thank you, Rossana!!! Hope to meet you again one day!

Authentic apartment in the heart of Venice

Pro: A fabulous location in the heart of Venice. Getting us close to the top attractions in minutes. The apartment was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Rosanna met us with thd keys at the time pre arranged and was very kind.

Contro: Nothing it was a great location.

Pro: Location was great, in the middle of Venice, 4-5min walk to San Marco Square and 5-6 to Rialto bridge! The apartament was great, the mattress was not hard for us like others complained(we had at home mattress like this for the back pain, so was perfect).

Contro: We had all we need

Everything was great apart from the very hard uncomfortable bed.
