Pro: Big 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom in excellent location - around 1-2 minutes walk from the Piazza San Marco. Great communication with the host, prior to arrival I received plenty of very useful information. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better but fine for a short stays. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and water bus stop within very short walking distance.

Contro: nothing really, maybe just that no toiletries are provided (shower gel, shampoo) - but nothing major really

Good location!

Pro: Good location as it was only a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge / San Marco. Can be noisy at night with people walking by (if you sleep in the room facing the steet) and you could hear neighbours if they are a bit loud in the building. The beds were a bit soft (so might not suit everyone) Wifi connected but was very slow so had to use my own phone's data instead. Overall, clean apartment and enjoyed our two night stay.

Pro: The apartment is in the best location. Walking out of the building you have souvenir shops, gelato, restaurants, a grocery store and a 2 min walk to St.Marks Square. The apartment was clean. Fabio who met us to take us to the apartment Was great, very informative and very quick to communicate with us via WhatsApp.

Contro: The water was not heated well

Pro: We were a group of 6, aged 20-75, and we had an excellent stay. The flat was perfect - spacious, clean, modern and fully equipped. Everything was just like the photos. It is in an unbeatable location, a short walk to all the shops and sights. Beautiful restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Hosts were wonderful and gave us a warm welcome, and we will definitely book again. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us!
