Pro: Dietro al teatro La Fenice , posizione ottimale e con uno splendido cortile privato dove è possibile mangiare e rilassarsi.

Magico, come entrare in un'altra epoca.

Pro: La posizione, la gentilezza del padrone di casa ed il giardino.

Pro: I propietari erano molto simpáticiil giardino era magico.

Contro: L’umiditá

Pro: La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima, l'appartamento è confortevole e ben arredato.

Contro: Si potrebbero installare delle zanzariere alle finestre, perché effettivamente le zanzare, in particolare quelle notturne, sono presenti e si fanno sentire.

Pro: C'era un confortevole giardinetto in cui si poteva stare comodamente. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi

Contro: La camera da letto aveva solo un lucernario sul tetto e quindi poco aerata. C'era un unico split/condizionatore. Non è stato caldo e quindi non era necessario accenderlo ma non so se sarebbe stato in grado di raffrescare tutti gli ambienti

Loved Venice and all It had to offer. We found a pizza place with the best wine ..visited often

Pro: We loved that the property had a lovely garden space. The room was cosy and had character. The location was great. They provided a booklet which suggested restaurants, laundry and popular activities. We dined at one of the suggested restaurants and it was outstanding. Gotta say I think I’m an Italian wine convert and I rarely drink wine…it was New Year’s Day though.

Contro: As someone who hasn’t travelled this far north for about 30 years I needed clearer instructions such as when you hop off the train, follow everyone until you see the ferry boats. Find the ticket booths close by and buy a ticket one way 9.50 euro each then go to the boat that takes you to S Angelo, not San Tangelo which is where we came unstuck. I was waiting to find SAN Tangelo but the stop was S Angelo fyi. It was a gauntlet but if the instructions were as per above, very easy as the guide who met us said…The random fire crackers being let off in the square before midnight scared my daughter and I (sounded like gunshots) on NYE but the main fireworks were great.

Pro: The location is excellent, spacious, comfortable. Authentic, full of history.

Contro: Because we love it and it suited our needs.

Pro: Loved having the outside garden and the private courtyard. Close proximity to everything - owner helpful and responsive. Close to supermarket. Mario super nice to meet us at river to show us the way and share local knowledge etc.

Contro: Upstairs neighbors tv was quite loud but when I texted the owner she promptly called them. Would be nice to have flyscreens on windows so could have windows open (too many mozzies).

Pro: A very charming apartment in a great location in Venice with a lovely garden where we really enjoyed having breakfast with the family in the mornings. The owners were very kind and helpful. I stayed there with my wife and two children and highly recommend this place. We’d be happy to come back again!
