Pro: La posizione ottima,accogliente personale cordiale e simpatico

Contro: Il letto il materasso e il cuscino troppo rigidi, le prese di corrente funzionano male, il resto diciamo che è nella norma

Pro: Ottimo alloggio, peccato per un guasto alla caldaia, ma mi hanno trovato una sistemazione alternativa, quindi tutto risolto in qualche modo nonostante il disguido imprevisto.

Pro: L'appartamento è molto spazioso dotato di tutti i comfort, la proprietaria è molto attenta alle esigenze e al comfort degli ospiti.

Contro: non ci sono davvero pause

Pro: La pulizia era eccellente, l'ambiente spazioso, la posizione fantastica, semplicemente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Pro: We were welcomed by a very friendly host who personally handed us the keys, helped with the suitcase, and answered all our questions. We really liked the apartment itself, which was located in a very convenient place, and where for a couple of days we felt like real Venetians – a very beautiful apartment. All the appliances worked well. We recommend this accommodation if you want to experience the true spirit of the city.

Pro: The apartment was very comfortable and i had enough space for everything. The kitchen with gas stove is perfect for cooking. It is very centrally located and you can quickly reach the most popular sights. Nevertheless, you have your peace and it’s quiet here. Samuel is very friendly and service-oriented. He always responded quickly to questions and helped if needed. If I come to Venice, I would stay here again.

Memorable and good value for money and felt very homely and safe.

Pro: Location was great and the apartment was old but clean, it had an authentic Venetian feel and some lovely old furniture, good coffee and tea facilities. The host was excellent, waited while we were lost on arrival and showed us through the property.

Contro: We were there in a heat wave with no air conditioning but we had 2 fans. Kitchen supplies were random, we wanted to cook some meals for 2 of us. With half the amount of furniture the apartment would be spacious.

Pro: The apartment is in an excellent location and although in a central position, it is in a very quiet street. It is spacious, very clean and has a well equipped kitchen.

Contro: The shower cubicle has no shelf and is very small, which makes it difficult to pick up shampoo/ shower gel from the floor. There needs to be better lighting, particularly in the bathroom. Lastly, the bed although a good size is separate from the frame which is bigger and therefore there is a big gap between the two. The above points did not affect our stay, but are something to note.Apart from that all was great and we were very happy there.
