Hostmate - Venezia - Piazza San Marco

Pro: It is very close to Piazza San Marco, by the campo of Fenicia Theatre. A real venetian experience, with everything we need all around. The apartment is a well equiprd and cozy attic.

Contro: It's a hard climb. Third floor

Authentic with a fantastic location

Pro: Very authentic apartment seconds from Fenice theatre. Fantastic location. It was very clean, and well equipped. I love to buy and eat the amazing local produce and you can’t do that in a hotel. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very friendly and informative. Detailed directions too. I would definitely recommend and would book this apartment on return to Venice. (There is so much I still want to see).

Contro: I found the stairs a bit challenging after a lot of walking but would still stay here again despite that.

Pro: We appreciated that the host sent someone to meet us to take us to the apartment. I fear that if they hadn't we would have never found it! Having never been in Venice I really appreciated that. As well the location was very nice. Close to everything that we wanted to be able to experience and in a neat little area of Venice. We very much enjoyed exploring and getting lost during our stay.

Contro: My only complaint is that the shower literally is just a shower head in an open bathroom. There is no way to prevent water from going literally everywhere so that was kind of unexpected, though in looking back at the pictures I suppose I should have seen that this is the case. At any rate if you have bathroom issues that might be something to be aware of before you book. It definitely made showering and all a little uncomfortable.

Pratique, bien situé mais il ne faut pas chercher le confort

Pro: L’emplacement était super. En pleins centre, à côté de la place Saint Marc c’est le rêve !

Contro: Pas très propre, beaucoup de choses qui ne marche pas et pas modern

Pro: Ubicación e inmueble. El personal de acogida muy afable.

Contro: No esperaba tantas escaleras e iba con una persona mayor pero mereció la pena

Logement impeccable à 5 min de la place saint marc. Je recommande

Pro: L’hôte nous attendait bien au rendez vous. Ile loge est à 5 min de la place saint marc. Appartement très calme. Très bien équipé. Rien à redire . Il manquait juste la télé pour les soirs de pluie mais c’est pour dire quelque chose.

Pro: Lage ist ganz besonders super! Für 2 Personen auch wirklich geräumig genug. Weil wir zwei Freundinnen waren, hat es gut gepasst, daß wir getrennte Betten hatten. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stock, daher warm und trocken. Allerdings: man muß fit sein, denn man muß jeden Tag viele Treppen hinauf und hintunter.

Contro: Badezimmer und WC in einem Raum, ein bißchen klein, Dusche nicht abgetrennt - das ist aber wohl in dem kleinen Raum kaum möglich -kann man aushalten.
