Pro: Appartamento delizioso con tutti i comfort. Era molto pulito e fornito anche della colazione. Serena poi è stata un'ospite gentile e super disponibile. La casa si trova alla Giudecca, facilmente raggiungibile in vaporetto, quindi tutto sommato la posizione è comoda per visitare la città!

Peaceful, modern and spacious apartment for a touch of authentic local Venezia
Pro: This was not our first visit to Venice but our first staying in Guidecca. The host, Serena gave us all the info we needed prior to arrival and was kind enough to meet us at the Vaporetto stop nearby. She spoke perfect English and gave us a lovely introduction to the neighbourhood and the apartment itself. We adored the peaceful location to relax and unwind away from the crowds of the main islands, with the extra 10-15min travel time more than worth it! The bright and airy living room/kitchen is our highlight, especially in the morning sunshine to have breakfast overlooking the canal, watching the locals starting their day. The nearby Co-op supermarket was much larger than expected and had all we needed to make breakfasts and more during our stay.
Contro: The local Co-op takes in it's daily deliveries from the canal immediately below the apartment at around 6:30-7am in the morning. We were up early to make the most of our time in Venice each day, but I think the noise of the unloading could disturb some guests.

Beautiful stay in a gorgeous location with not 1 but 3 large window/doors with picturesque canal views 😍
Pro: Our lovely host Serena met us at the water bus stop close to this property which helped us to find the property easily. Whilst with us Serena kindly explained everything we needed to know about the apartment, Serena also gave us advice on Venice and any key tips we needed. She also was available to contact with very quick response if we needed anything at all! The apartment was beautiful! Very spacious and modern style decor with all amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. Serena also left us breakfast essentials including tea, coffee and croissants! We throughly recommend this stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Venice! Our only regret is we didn’t spend more time in the apartment taking in the views because we were out exploring Venice!
Contro: Nothing, our stay was perfect and we are excited to return!!

Pro: Serena was a great host. We loved the apartment - so comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Very cool having a view over a canal! Some good restaurants and a supermarket very nearby, plus was easy to get over to the main island.

Calm island with easy access to San Marco with vaporettos.
Pro: Perfect location. 10 min walk to the Palanca Port for Vaporetto. Very clean apartment. Serena, the owner let us know about an upcoming public transportation strike in Venice and give us some valuable information.
