Struttura accogliente per un bel weekend a Venezia

Pro: Posizione perfetta per un weekend a Venezia: possibilità di raggiungere i luoghi principali a piedi, oltre che avere la fermata dei traghetti per l'aeroporto e altre destinazioni vicino alla struttura. Entrambe le camere hanno il bagno in camera (nuovissimi e ristrutturati), è presente inoltre una zona giorno con armadio-cucina e un altro soggiorno molto comodo. La casa è pulita, comoda, perfetta per 4 persone. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, consiglio questa soluzione senza alcun dubbio. Per chi apprezza, la casa è arredata con pezzi vintage davvero ben ricercati.

Contro: Niente.

Pro: posizione sul canale fantastica. In pochi minuti si arriva in Piazza San Marco. La struttura è pulita ed è adattissima anche per famiglia con bambini piccoli.

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay in these stylish apartments. A big advantage is having two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable. The location is also very convenient, it’s easy to get from the airport by water transport. The Sant’Angelo station is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, which is a huge plus when traveling with luggage.

Contro: As for the downsides, they were quite minor. The kitchen could be better equipped, we were missing a few small items like teaspoons and a cutting board. The kitchen itself is also rather small and not very convenient for cooking. However, we came to Venice to enjoy the city, not to cook, so this didn’t really affect our stay.

Pro: Great location. Very stylish apartment. Had everything we needed. Giovanna was very helpful and prompt with answering any questions. Would definitely recommend this beautiful property and would absolutely stay here again.

Midcentury gem in Venice

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the s. Angelo Vaporetto station, which made it incredibly easy to explore the city and reach all the main sights. You can step outside and be discovering Venice within minutes. The design and furnishing of the apartment are truly extraordinary: very stylish, with a beautiful 1950s mid-century vibe. The layout of the flat is excellent and very functional. Everything is immaculate and spotless, and you have everything you need for a great stay. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, which was such a bonus after long days of walking. The owner is very friendly, with great communication throughout our stay — very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. This place is perfect for couples or friends traveling together who want a comfortable, beautifully designed base in Venice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Contro: There nothing not to like about this flat.

Stylish apartment in lovely location

Pro: lovely location, very stylish apartment, comfortable beds

Contro: Not enough toilet roll on arrival, kitchen area could use a bit more lighting

JUST USED IT AS A PLACE TO SLEEP ALL MEALS EATEN OUT.

Pro: EASY ENTRY KEYS FOUND EASILY. GREAT LOCATION. CLOSE TO A BOAT STATION IS A PLUS FOR THIS PROPERTY.

Contro: A WELCOME PACK WOULD BE GOOD IF YOU ARRIVE LATE A BOTTLE OF WATER CRISPS AND A FEW NIBBLES WOULD BE NICE.

Pro: Location was great. Very quiet and out of the main tourist area but a short walk to all the sights.

Contro: There was a hiccup at the beginning when the room wasn’t ready but Giovanna went out of her way to rectify the situation

Perfect location to experience the delights of Venice.

Pro: Fantastic location, amazing apartment, loved the artistic styling of the rooms and the view of the canals added to the amazing experience of being in Venice.

Contro: I can't really think of anything to say here it was a great apartment. There was some building work going going on in nearby buildings but it didn't impact on our stay in any way.

Great location and apartment in Venice, family all enjoyed our stay!

Pro: Great location out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the tourist sites, transport, supermarket. Property was clean and very spacious for family of 4.
