Una perla nel cuore di Venezia !

Pro: Posizione strategica eppure tranquillissima per questo bell’appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Il giardino e l’ingresso che conducono alla struttura sono un vero valore aggiunto così come le finestre che si affacciano direttamente sul bel canale (quantunque l’appartamento sia a piano terra). Bagni bellissimi e con materiali di alto livello. Ottima ed accogliente l’illuminazione elettrica. Staff disponibilissimo e sorridente.

Contro: L’appartamento è molto ben fornito però aggoungerei una nespresso per la clientela italiana.

If you are looking for a very comfortable apartment ideally located, you could not pick better than Ca’ del Gondoliere!

Pro: Our holiday is at an end. We had a wonderful time in Venice yet again. Our accommodation was first class and very comfortable in all aspects. I would say the best we have stayed at in Venice. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. It would comfortably accommodate two couples. The communication with Ve.N.I.Ce. Immobiliare Cera was second to none. We used WhatsApp and had no issues! The apartment is in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and a short walk from just about every major site you would want to visit. The first week we did not bother with a weekly vaporetto ticket. We walked everywhere. I should mention that there are stairs to negotiate near the apartment but not too many. Also close by is a well stocked supermarket. If you are looking for a very comfortable apartment ideally located, you could not pick better than Ca’ Del Gondoliere. Grazie

We loved it and would most definitely book again if we’re ever back in Venice

Pro: The apartment was beautiful. Had everything we needed. And it was large!!! We were met at the water taxi and taken to our apartment which was incredible!! Took the stress out of having to navigate with our suitcases. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and so, so helpful. Nothing was too hard for them. 100% would stay here again.

Contro: Nothing. Maybe only the entry to the front security gate was a little tricky at times. You had to get the key in just right. But otherwise, nothing at all. We loved it.

Excellent apartment

Pro: Centrally located and quiet at the same time, we enjoyed spaciousness and 2 bedroom plus 2 bathroom configuration which was comfortable even for a longer stay. Team that manages the apartment was exceptional and very helpful.

Contro: Perhaps some coffee capsules would be great to have.

Venice in May

Pro: Location was excellent. Close to everything, but out of the main thoroughfare so not as crowded. Shower was hot and strong, lounge area spacious. Clean and NO stairs 👌

Contro: Nothing really, the bed in the main bedroom could do with an update.

Great location and lovely apartment

Pro: Host was great and gave us lots of information about the area. The apartment is close to all the major sites. It’s well equipped and clean. We had a great few days.

Pro: This property exceeded our expectations. Very quite ,but near a water bus stop. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent helpful staff.that goes above and beyond. We loved the property!!! Highly recommended.

Contemporary accomodation close to the Sant’ Angelo water taxi/Vaporetto station

Pro: Fantastic location very close to the Sant’ Angelo water taxi/Vaporetto station. The area was very quiet due to it being quite residential but close to various restaurants and ten minutes walk from St.Marks Square. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, open plan lounge and dining area and also very secure. Having two bathrooms is a real bonus!

Great stay in a place we love.

Pro: Lovely spacious accommodation in excellent location.

Contro: Some extra equipment for cooking at home would have been great eg a cheese grater!
