Highly recommended! Very nice and comfortable appartment!

Pro: Great location, close to San Marco and all historical places.

Best way to live as a local for a few days

Pro: Location is perfect and the rooftop is a genuine experience for the dolce vita in la Serenissima. Plenty supermarkets around and 2 min. away from the canal.

Contro: Everything was perfect... just be aware that there is no lift, so if you are carrying a lot of luggage, you will struggle a little.

Pro: The best apartment i ever booked in Venice. Everything is perfect.

Wonderful, comfortable second stay here

Pro: Characterful, spacious apartment and centrally located

Pro: Amazing view from that terrace, despite the drizzle. This is clearly a beloved apartment. It's like being in a great home with the owner's books and funky decor. Even a washing machine! The potable water filter tap was very useful as was the great kitchen in general with it's coffee machines and beautiful design.

Contro: Not an issue really but beware that there is no lift and many stairs

Pro: Incredible location, beautifully furnished and decorated and with the best roof terrace in Venice!

Contro: Not a single thing

360 degree views of Venice, a stones throw to attractions and a gorgeous apartment!

Pro: You couldn't beat this location, the view from the rooftop was spectacular. The apartment is HUGE. So much space for our family of 5. Enough that if we needed some solo time we were able too. Close to the main tourist attractions, yet far enough to feel tucked away. The apartment itself was just gorgeous, beautifully styled and had everything you may possibly need. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Contro: Its not something we didn't like, just something you should know (we did prior to booking so came prepared) the apartment is up on the 5th floor, so there are some steep staircases to climb with luggage and children in tow. We were able to climb them easily, with our suitcases and three kids, so it is manageable.

Pro: Una estancia inolvidable. El trato y comunicación con todo el equipo, muy amables y serviciales. El espacio muy acogedor, te sientes como en casa. Tanto la cocina como la terraza espectacular. Estar tan cerca de todo, poder volver a descansar cuando nos apetecía e incluso salir de noche y vivir Venecia tranquila, ha sido lo mejor!

Contro: Aunque lo sabíamos ya que avisan, tienes que estar preparado para subir escaleras ;)!

Es war richtig schön, das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn.

Pro: Die Terrasse ist einfach toll! Das Appartment lädt zum gemeinsam Verweilen ein. Es gibt sogar ein paar Kinderspielzeuge. Zudem Trinkflaschen für den Alltag und viele kleine hilfreiche Details (Kabel, Stecker, Kochgeschirr). Insgesamt lief die Kommunikation hervorragend. Super Angaben zur Müllentsorgung, damit hat es spitze geklappt. Die Betten waren im Übrigen sehr gut gemacht und sehr bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. (Die Betten im unteren Zimmer sind recht hart)

Contro: Leider gingen weder die Waschmaschine noch die Spülmaschine richtig. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass läge an dem Sewagesystem von Venedig. Da wir aber auf eine funktionierende Waschmaschine angewiesen waren, war dies äußerst ärgerlich und hätte uns vorher kommuniziert werden müssen. Wir hätten ggf uns für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden. Die Waschmaschine ist im 5. Stock wo der Wasserdruck recht gering ist. Wir haben dann Handwäsche gemacht und die Kleidung zu einer lokalen Wäscherei gebracht. Wir haben vor der Tür 20 Minuten auf den Schlüssel gewartet, aber eigentlich lief die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wir hatten vollstes Vertrauen, dass es klappt und es hat geklappt.

Excellent séjour sur les toits de Venise

Pro: Extrêmement bien placé, la terrasse est une des plus haute de Venise et la vue est splendide . La vue magnifique de la terrasse se mérite au moyen de nombreuses marches, parfois un peu raides ;)
