Pro: posizione invidiabile in pieno centro terrazzino delizioso con vista panoramica

Pro: This apartment is perfectly located in the very center of Venice. Its main advantage is the rooftop terrace, where we had breakfast with a view of Venice with great pleasure. Good heating, there is a small kitchen. We'll stop again!

Contro: You need to hand over the shower head in the bathroom - it's leaking and the pressure is weak. There is also a missing trash can in the bathroom. In general, garbage disposal is very inconvenient for tourists, and I would like the owner to take over because I don't want to do this during my vacation.

Pro: Very nice location, less tourist but still close to everything. Terrasse is amazing and there is a takeout pasta place just underneath.

Contro: Nothing everything was fine

Amazing location, close to everything and fantastic views of Venice from private rooftop verandah

Pro: Fantastic location right in the heart of everything, easy to get to from ferry, spacious & comfortable apartment with everything you needed. Private rooftop verandah (altera) was fantastic and had glorious views over Venice & was great for watching the sunset & having a spritz. The apartment being 4 floors up was protected from all the noise / hussle & bustle from the streets below which was great.

Contro: Only thing was that the hot water was patchy. Takes a good 2 minutes for the hot water to come on but then it was ok most of the time. We didn’t have a problem with 4 flights of stairs as that’s to be expected but if you do, then this is not the apartment for you.

Absolute best time in Venice.

Pro: Location of this apartment is just amazing, Rialto bridge, Piazza San Marco and all other sightseeing objects within walking distance of 5-10 min. As it was located on the 4th floor, didn`t hear any street noises. Very clean and neat apartment. And the absolute best part of this apartment is the terrace on the roof with direct view to Bell tower in Piazza San Marco, spectacular. Just oposite of the apartment buildng was a supermarket and many cozy restaurants.

Contro: Have nothing bad to say about this apartment.

Amazing view!

Pro: Very nice apartment. All you need is there: fridge, iron, hairdryer, Italian coffee machine, cutlery, kitchen utensils, TV, mosquito repellent. Amazing terrace with an astonishing view! It is worth it to climb to the 4th floor :) Very nice and helpful staff. The location is very good, close to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square.

Contro: The staircase is quite narrow, but it is Venice. :D

Pro: Great location, close to Basilica, Piazza san Marco, supermarket across the road. The private balcony was a bonus

Contro: It is not ideal for travellers with large suitcases to carry up 68 steps. There is not enough light in the kitchen/eating area

Awesome view and great location

Pro: The location of the appatment was the best. Every place that we would like to see was 6-7 min by walk. Rialto bridge and san marco was close. Also this appartment has a terrace with a great view from san marco.

Contro: Shower was the downside of this appartment. Also it would be nice if there was coffee in the jar since there was a moka pot. The garbage system of the city in general was challanging but we found a way to manage :)

Pro: Everything was clean and nice as in the photos. Great location right in the middle od the city. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic city break in Venice

Pro: Everything, especially the roof terrace which exceeded expectations. The host was kind enough to let us use the apartment until our evening flight, which was really helpful, and we appreciated it a lot.
