Struttura eccellente

Pro: Appartamento curato nei dettagli. Posizione assolutamente fantastica, a due passi da Piazza S. Marco.

Contro: Volendo a tutti i costi trovare un difetto, direi lo scaldabagno che a volte durante una doccia termina l'acqua calda e bisogna attendere che si ricarichi. Tutto qui per fare i pignoli.

Pro: Centralissima ad un buon prezzo considerando gli altri che abbiamo visto in centro.

Contro: Ci sono stati alcuni problemi con il riscaldamento e il gas ma comunque l host è stata gentilissima ed è corsa subito in nostro aiuto.

Pro: Non ho conosciuto personalmente il proprietario, ma devo dire molto gentile e ospitale. Casa pulita con tutti i confort e inoltre quando siamo arrivati in frigo abbiamo trovato una bottiglietta di acqua uno spumantino nei cassetti c’era del cibo, olio sale. Decisamente una cosa carina e utile per un viaggiatore che magari arriva tardi.

Good experience in the center of Venice!

Pro: The owner is a kind person. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is amazing, up to 5 minutes to the main attraction points in the city by walk. There were refreshments and some food in the room when we arrived.

Contro: The air conditioner was a bit too loud for sleeping. The price could be a bit lower compared to other places to stay in Venice but it is definitely not a catastrophic difference.

Perfect stay, Great for a solo traveler.

Pro: It was in the prefect location. The AC was great as it was very hot. I came to meet up with family and used the days to work remotely. worked out perfect for me and internet was strong. The apartment had everything I needed and was lovely to stay there.

Contro: Nothing. Overall the apartment met all my standards. It was a little tight walking around the bed as it was a pull down style ikea type bed but it was still comfortable..

Venice is enchanting;this was my third visit, my husband's first, and our eyes are full of wonders.

Pro: Superb location, 5 minutes on foot to San Marco, 10 minutes to the vaporetto at Rialto. Charming host and hostess; there was a small problem with the loo and they turned up immediately to fix it, cheerfully. The kitchen is perfectly adequate for a few day's stay, well equipped for basic meals or warming up things brought in from the many excellent take-away pasta places near the flat.

Contro: It would have been nice had there been fewer tourists, but coming from a tourist, that sounds almost arrogant, Nevertheless, this is the chief problem of a city that's become a museum in itself, and is a problem that the Venetians themselves are going to have to deal with. There were a few people grumbling about the new €5/day tax, but as it only applies several days a year, I feel it inappropriate to complain.

Pro: It was extremely close to San Marco square. It was a nice, cosy and quiet place to stay. The kichinette was fully equipped with all the necessary stuff. The host was very kind and welcomed us with food and drinks. Near the place are many good restaurants and pubs, and also a supermarket!
