Central Apartment

Pro: Bel appartamento situato al centro di Venezia ma lontano dai frastuoni della citta'. I consigli, l'accoglienza e l' ospitalita' della proprietaria hanno contribuito a rendere memorabile il soggiorno nella favolosa Serenissima.

Perfect, 100% recommended

Pro: Great location, very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. Two coffee machines (a wonderful Italian one and a classic Nespresso), lots of complimentary coffee and tea. Everything was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. I don't think there is any other accommodation in the center that is so spacious, bright, and clean. High-quality linens. The house was warm and well heated! Supermarket below the house. Communication with Alessandra was fantastic, very attentive.

Pro: Spacious apartment, great location. Well equipped apartment.

Contro: At times apartment was cold and we could not adjust the heating. There was no supply of cleaning essentials for dishwasher and washing machine given our short period of stay. It was also a surprise to have to remove our rubbish given we have stayed in Venice a number of times.

A beautiful apartment in excellent location. The host were very kind and accommodating.

Pro: Great location with lots of good shops and restaurants. An easy point to explore the city from. The apartment was very comfortable spacious and clean and perfect for our trip.

Contro: The stairs were a bit of an issue getting the bags up and down but a very minor issue considering how great everything else was

Pro: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was great and super convenient for getting around. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well set up with a gas stove, kettle, toaster, and plenty of useful things. The bathroom was clean, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The owners were really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a great time staying here.

Pro: Fantastic spacious apartment in a great location. Very well equipped kitchen, it had an iron and ironing board (for those who are bad at packing) a powerful hairdryer and a full length mirror. Home from home!

Pro: The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well positioned, within approx 7-8 minutes‘ walking distance to Piazza San Marco or Ponte Rialto (and very important: just a few steps away from the best gelateria in Venice). Also something out of the ordinary for Venice: the apartment is really spacious and with lots of natural light. The hosts are super friendly and prepared practical instructions and dining recommendations. The bedsheets, towels, bath products and appliances are of great quality, and there are enough supplies in the kitchen (including actual Nespresso tabs) and bathroom - a clear sign that the hosts care about the guests‘ experience and want them to feel like home - which we did. Thank you, Alessandra and Riccardo! We had an amazing time.
