Venice San Filippo Apartment

Difficilmente ho soggiornato in un ambiente così elegante in una posiziobe cosi centrale a Venezia ad un prezzo ragionev

Pro: I soffitti con travi lignee, la scelta degli arredamenti e gli spazi. I letti sono comidissimi e grandi, due bagni comodi e ampi.

Contro: Nulla.

Appartamento fantastico nel cuore di Venezia

Pro: È un vero appartamento con una cucina grande in cui c’è tutto, due camere ampie , e due bagni veri (uno con piccola finestra) ognuno con doccia. Arredato con gusto, posizione magnifica e pulizia impeccabile. Ottimo il sistema di check in online e l’apertura con codice. Per qualsiasi cosa Monica e David rispondono prontamente su wa. Ottimi anche i consigli che ci hanno dato riguardo ai ristoranti. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di deposito bagagli. Se proprio proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto manca uno specchio a figura intera. Tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo.

This place is even better than what you can see in the photos, don't think twice!

Pro: The location is amazing, right on a piazza, with numerous restaurants and stores all around, literally at the doorstep. The Basilica is 3 minutes away, vaporetto, gondolas, Piazza San Marco, all 3 minutes away. Of the 4 apartments we used during this Italy trip, this Venice apartment was the best overall in terms of location, comfort, cleanliness, everything! There's a sofa in the kitchen too, what a great idea! Would highly recommend again and again :)

Contro: I can't think of anything! Even the washing machine and dryer were great :)

Pro: Perfect location to get to all the lovely places of interest Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms Very helpful staff who looked after us very well Would definitely stay there again

Contro: A bit noisy from the cafe downstairs till gone midnight It didn’t really bother us as I quite enjoyed laying in bed Listening to everyone laughing & having fun

Beautiful apartment in centre of Venice

Pro: Large and elegant apartment in a great location, literally, a couple of mins from St Marks Square. Very comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. Very responsive hosts gave great information from how to get there, to hints & tips for our time in Venice. Authentic and delicious cafe right next door for your coffee and pastries. Finally, luggage storage is available, which is brilliant if your flight is later in the day.

Pro: Great Location, Close to everything, Great Value, Exceptional accomodations

A thoroughly enjoyable stay

Pro: The location is unbeatable, less than 5 mins from transportation and a stones throw from St Marco. A great selection of local restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Our host was very attentive and prompt to respond to questions via WhatsApp. She provided numerous suggestions along with recommendations for places to visit as well as restaurants.

Pro: It was well located to the highlights of Venice. The location was a 2 minute walk to water taxi’s.

Pro: Very clean and professional services. The agent supports me all the time. And the location on this apartment its very good. In one word this is perfect.
