Pro: The apartment is super spacious and very well equipped and clean, with a nice view over the canal on which the gondolas are passing through. Location is very convenient , San Marco square is within 5 minutes of walk and lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The host Nikos is very friendly and helpful, recommended lots of places of interest, I took the advice to visit Burano and it was well worthy it. The rain on my last day disrupted my plans and I ended up missing some of the places I wanted to visit, so I might come back again in the near future :)

An authentic haven from the busy streets!
Pro: This was a great apartment overlooking the canal, we spent a lot of time watching the gondolas from the tiny balconies, beautiful! Nikos was always available and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more.

Stunning, Clean and Awesome with Niki the most helpful of host
Pro: It is EXACTLY as per photos and even better. Spacious well appointed and comfortable furniture. Watching the gondola’s pass by is a pure delight. The bonus for us was the awesome coffee and peculator. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION and Niko the amazing host
Contro: Like every accommodation in Venice it has some stairs. They are easy and few but in the spirit of honesty if I rebook I hope this keeps people away so I can always stay 😁

Our stay was fantastic Venice was stunning
Pro: The apartment was really east to find, the host left really clear instructions, when we arrived the apartment was clean, well equipped, kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony had amazing views as the gondolas passed by, at night the place was so quiet and we got the best nights sleep. Location was fantastic to go out sight seeing everyday and there were lovely restaurants and shops close by, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Wonderful apartment with the great host!
Pro: The apartment is very authentic, neat and has a unique atmosphere. Loved the location, the view is magnificent! The master is also very pleasant, met us at a boat station and helped with the luggage! Very nice and polite, puts his soul to the business. Would recommend, 100/10!

Pro: Location as awesome! Huge space and Nikos is so communicative and so helpful that it made our journey to the apartment so easy, with no worries at all. There are bars and restaurants all round , but it’s lovely and peaceful in the apartment. The view down onto the canal is amazing and we loved sitting and watching the world go by. One of the nicest touches was a bottle of wine or Prosecco you can purchase on arrival. After a long journey and arriving into the evening when everything was closing, it was lovely to open the apartment door, put bags down, feet up and have a glass of wine. The apartment is spacious, spotless and well equipped. We loved the little tea selection and coffee made available. Bed was super comfy and huge. Would defo stay again. The only thing I would add, is it would be helpful to have a small table in between the chairs in the sitting room area so you don’t have to put your cup or glass on the floor if sat watching tv. But all in all.. perfecto!

Location, location, location!
Pro: Nikos was an excellent communicator and replied promptly to all of our questions. He gave us great suggestions of what was available in the area. The apartnent was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and should we be back in Venice, we would certainly be looking at staying here again.
Contro: As we are getting older, the stairs up to the apartment were sometimes a challenge, especially with luggage. I would suggest those with mobility issues would be better in a ground floor apartment in Venice unless an elevator is available. No iron or ironing board.

Even when I just asked about some restaurant, attractions etc. recommendations. Went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay there again😊

Pro: The apartment is clean and well equipped. It has everything you need for a short vacation. Wi-Fi that works well. From the balcony you can see a beautiful canal where many gondolas pass. The host is great, all ways available and helpful. The location is great, central and close to the most important places. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. we strongly recommend this property.
