at 1 minute from San Marco square

Super consigliato!

Pro: Consigliatissimo, rapporto qualitá-prezzo incredibile. Il proprietario è molto cortese, veloce nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta o esigenza. La posizione è fantastica, dietro piazza San Marco e vicino ad ogni tipo di servizio (farmacia sotto casa, supermercati a pochi passi). L'appartamento è ristrutturato, ben tenuto, l'angolo cottura è comodissimo. C'è anche un microonde, un frigo grande e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Il letto è comodo, il bagno grande e spazioso. La struttura è anche silenziosa ed ha un piccolo scorcio su un canale. Nicolò ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie nel corridoio del b&b per sfruttare al meglio l'ultimo giorno.

Pro: Locale ben ristrutturato e funzionale,ottima posizione .Punto strategico per poter raggiungere i luoghi più caratteristici di Venezia.Consiglio vivamente!!!!!!

Pro: Abbiamo festeggiato l’ anniversario del matrimonio. L’appartamento è molto carino, tenuto molto bene. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile. Complimenti

Pro: Perfect location, almost in the centre but still quiet.

Contro: The stairs are a bit challenging with heavy baggage.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Venice made all the easier thanks to the information from Nicos. What a wonderful city.

Pro: Perfectly situated 5min walk from St Marks Sq and 2 mins to the water taxis to take you anywhere. The room /bed sit had every facility you could want, was clean and comfortable. With a kitchenette and shower room it was a complete package at a reasonable rate given the location. Nicos could not have helped us any more with so much information and tips.

Contro: Our only issue was that we didn’t know it was second floor with concrete steps and no lift. At 76 and 81yrs old, that was a struggle with bags.

Comfortable and spacious close to st Marks square - highly recommend

Pro: Incredible place to stay in the heart of Venice very close to St mark’s square. Spacious and comfortable with kitchen, full bathroom with nice shower and comfortable bed. Very much enjoyed our stay, easy communication with the host and had multiple helpful suggestions for restaurants etc

Pro: Spacious, well appointed self contained room with some cooking facilities in a great location, not far from San Marco square. Highly recommended.

Great location, excellent communication with owner.

Pro: Perfect location, very clean accommodation. Bed was really comfortable. Host provided lots of contact details so I felt reassured we could get help if needed; he also sent through lots of very useful suggestions for activities, transport and local amenities. Nice selection of tea and coffee provided. Wifi worked well. A super stay and if I return to Venice, I would stay there again.
