I really like it. I recommend it.

Pro: Excellent location! Close to waterbus stops, shops and restaurants; 10-15 min walking distance from main tourist attractions.Safe and secure and calm area. The apartment is spacious and well structured. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. Very good free wifi reception. Simon is very helpful and reacted promptly to all of my questions.

Contro: Air conditioning system is very efficient but also very noisy. Apartment is somber because it is on ground floor in a narrow street with houses around but is very bright with the lights on.

Weekend Stay

Pro: Great location which is not far from all of the main sights but far enough away to not be located in a sea of tourists, also very close to the boat stop and a shop. the apartment was lovely inside and Simon who was the main point of contact was very responsive and genuinely a nice person who always tried to help, no matter of what the question was.

Contro: The only issue with the apartment was that some of the tap fixtures were loose. But I'm sure this will rectified when noticed.

Super spot in the authentic Venice

Pro: Very good location in the middle of Venice. The apartment is on the ground floor of a very quiet area of Venice, with less tourists. Well equipped and comfortable, with bedroom, Kitchen with dining table (salt, pepper, oil, coffee and other basics are there), living room and big bathroom. Above all we appreciated the availability of AC and a washing machine with laundry detergent. A supermarket is around the corner. It's also easy to reach: we parked at the airport and reached the apartment with the ferry. The staff is very friendly and always available on the phone, answering any question very quickly.

Contro: Minor things, not too important for my overall opinion of the flat: some kitchen items were not cleaned thoroughly by the previous guests. The shower head needs to be changed (just a thin stream of water comes out). The recycling topic is very important (I appreciate this but I write it in this section because it was a bit of work). Read the instructions for the recycling in the kitchen and leave the correct waste bag out of the door before going to bed. Around 9am the dustmen come by to collect the bags. They ring the bell if they don't see any bag in front of the door.

Pro: Très bon emplacement, quartier familial vivant, appartement très propre et très agréable, communication avec l'hôte très bonne et réactive

Pro: Comodo, práctico, con los utensilios necesarios, wifi, smart tv, climatizado y centrico.

Contro: Quiza faltaria hacer una limpieza más exigente

A great place for the price

Pro: Quaint. very close to a grocery store and a good bakery. Also very close to campo santi Giovanni e Paolo with tons of shops and good restaurants. Also a 20min walk from the main coastal strip.

Contro: You can hear luggage on the street if your a light sleeper.

Pro: La ubicación es muy buena, la casa está completa y es muy cómoda

Contro: Fue difícil encontrar la ubicación

Great choice for a short stay in Venice

Pro: Amazing location close to waterbus stops, shops and restaurants but not very touristic. Excellent option if you want to avoid the crowds. Simon was very helpful and responsive with everything we needed.

Wyjazd z córką

Pro: Byłyśmy same, to było duże udogodnienie. Właściciel bardzo zainteresowany naszym pobytem, dopytywał o ew. pomoc.

Contro: Niestety kabina prysznicowa nie była pierwszej czystości (może warto wymienić na nową bo tej chyba nie da rady domyć). Daleko do Piazzale Roma, czyli do transportu w szczególności porannego (lot miałyśmy o 6.15, innego o tej porze nie było).

Ist ihren Preis wert

Pro: Gute Lage, große Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Zimmern, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants um die Ecke, wirksame Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohnung und Waschmaschine im Bad. Sauber und hilfsbereite Betreuung über WhatsApp.
