Un piccolo gioiello di design con affaccio sui canali di Venezia!

Pro: Casa di alta qualità per servizi, design e comfort. Ha tutto quello che serve, la cucina è nuova e dotata di tutti gli attrezzi, c’è anche ferro da stiro con asse. Bagno perfetto, camera da sogno, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Armadio e cassetti comodi. L’intorno regala belle sorprese per quanto riguarda ristoranti e bacari. Comodissimo ai mezzi. Non da ultimo, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Sandro. Consigliamo a tutti questo piccolo gioiello con vista sui canali!

Un delizioso appartamento in posizione strategica

Pro: Delizioso appartamento composto da cucina abitabile + ampio e luminoso salotto al secondo piano e da una simpatica camera da letto nel sottotetto. L'appartamento è perfettamente arredato e corredato con tutto l'occorrente. La vista è ottima e c'è pure un balconcino che si affaccia sul canale. Pulizia ottima e gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Ma la qualità migliore è la posizione vicino a S.Marco e centrale per gli spostamenti sia verso L'Accademia che verso l'Arsenale ed i giardini della Biennale. Una esperienza molto positiva.

Contro: Ci sono due particolari per cui non do il punteggio massimo, ma sono due situazioni molto personali e quindi soggettive. Per primo rilevo la relativa scomodità della scala interna che porta alla camera da letto, accentuata dalla situazione particolare dei miei arti inferiori (4 protesi) e il letto troppo basso sempre per le mie problematiche.

Pro: ottima esperienza, location ideale, gestore efficientissimo

Pro: Posizione eccellente, mobilio nuovo, pulizie perfette, la casa è dotata di tanti accessori che non è scontato trovare ma che fanno la differenza (saponi, detersivi, carta igienica, prime necessità per cucinare....) e aria condizionata. Il signor Rudi che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità.

Contro: Tutto perfetto, se proprio dovessi dire però cercherei un sistema per rendere più buia la zona dove si dorme

Clean, Modern Apartment in a Perfect Location, Excellent Host

Pro: We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive from the very beginning. He responded quickly to every question, shared great local tips, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable — even arranging a late check-out for us. The location worked perfectly for our plans, and the neighborhood was very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The apartment itself has been recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience — and a truly outstanding host. Highly recommended!

Contro: If we had to mention one small downside, the bed was a bit too hard for our personal preference. However, this didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Pro: The location is very convenient if you use water taxi! Sandro is very nice, he can help to book water taxi

Contro: Stairs to the apartment 😂 but I Know it’s ok in Venezia

Great, quiet location near San Marco

Pro: Great location, central but quiet; great host and communication; beautiful newly renovated place in historic building overlooking a small canal

Contro: Staircase to the mezzanine/attic level where the bed is doesn't have a banister, so it would not be good for people with mobility issues or older people or going to the bathroom in the night.... also, the bed in the attic is under low beams, and it is very easy to hit your head if you are not careful! (We got used to it after a few head bumps...)
