Romantico appartamento in una posizione perfetta

Pro: Appartamento molto carino ed accogliente. Posizione comodissima, a due passi dall'imbarco \

Contro: Il condizionatore nella cucina/sala da pranzo/soggiorno non funzionava molto bene. Mentre quello al piano superiore andava meglio ma senza si moriva dal caldo perché la stanzetta è ricavata da un sottotetto. Una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia lo renderebbe perfetto...abbiamo trovato delle ragnatele in cucina e tanta polvere sui libri nel caminetto in camera da letto.

Pro: The host was so accommodating with our check in. Loved the location and was spacious for our family of 4. Had all amenities we needed. Cute little balcony for brekkie and drinks. Loved it. Thank you.

Contro: The master bedroom was very hot even with aircon on in the nearby dining- but we were there in a heatwave!

Would stay again! Steps from the boat drop off. Right in the heart of Venice

Pro: This location is just amazing, It is so quiet away from the hustle and bustle of all the noise and tourists. The charm and character is out of this world. The balcony is a bonus to sit outside and drink a glass of wine or coffee. I was really sad to leave this place. I give this a 10+ it doesn't get better than this for charm, location.

Contro: Nothing! Everything was amazing

Pro: The location is superb for guests who wish to explore the historical center and biennale, good value for money if you are staying with a family or group of 3 to 4.

Contro: The whole apartment is full of dust, the sofa and bedding did not look clean either. The host's English is limited and he seemed a bit lost when it comes to managing the property and communication with guests.

Charming and perfectly situated

Pro: The host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home straight away. The property is located near the San Zaccaria ferry terminal which made it easy to reach any area by boat. It is also walking distance from the St Mark’s square and many other attractions and restaurants. The property is charming with a wonderful balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens and buildings.

Contro: The amenities could be a little more tourist friendly. For example there is an iron, but no ironing board. We could not find any dish clothes to dry our dishes. It was a little dusty in places.

Characterful property with charming balcony near the Vaporetti

Pro: Full of character. Excellent air con in the twin room. Having the balcony was absolutely wonderful

Contro: Shower a bit dodgy but did the job and to be expected in such an old buikding

Excellent location, splendid apartment, very welcoming host and local support.

Pro: The wonderful apartment is excellently located, with a little terrace that provides a view over the roofs and green gardens (!) in the neighborhood. Our host was very helpful, friendly and relaxed.

Contro: During the extremely hot July-days, the (promised) air-condition was insufficient - the room upstairs was cool enough, but the (parent) bedroom downstairs almost unbearable. So we rather recommend the apartment in spring or autumn ;)

Great venetian experience

Pro: Great appartment, it was a real venetian experience, like travelling back in time. Very well equipped, we could find everything we needed for our stay. Close to San Marco square, but still in a quiet area. Nice terrace, it was such a pleasure to drink our coffee listerning to birds singing.Our host gave us all information and support we needed. Thank you Giorgio for such a nice stay.

Very pleasant

Pro: Great location! Easy to find. Apartment is typical old time Italian, very charming. Lovely little terrace. Perfect for a couple, would not do 2 couples but children OK. The lady who met us was delightful and gave us many tips regarding restaurants, gondola rides and art festival etc. We would use this accommodation again

Contro: Mattresses could be improved but they didn't stop us from sleeping after all the walking. A few wine glasses would be appreciated but we managed

Pro: Great apartment. There is a thermostat and it's warm. Wonderful, friendly host. There were no problems. Located near Piazza San Marco, close to Vapareto. I liked everything very much. Cotton bed linen. Purely. There is a kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, all utensils. Several towels for each. 2 keys per family. Quiet courtyard and veranda, you can hear the birds singing. Antique, interesting floor. Apartment in the spirit of Venice.

Contro: Everything is fine.
